I own 3 watches, and I have been here a few times to have the watch batteries replaced. Sometimes they forget to write a date stamp on the batteries from when they put them in. On one of my Fossil watches, it you have to open it a certain way. The other watch stores in the mall couldn’t get my watch open, so that is why I started to come here. Once when they replaced my battery, the little spring clip that holds the band to the watch fell out. I went back to the store. They told me that it was a wearable item, and the wear and tear could’ve happened before they replaced the battery. So they made me pay $ 3 for a new spring for my band. I thought that was crappy on their part, since they were the last ones to touch it. #279

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Went in for a battery change on a Saturday afternoon, but there was some rust because of humidity in the watch. They had it dried out and ready to go within an hour at a reasonable price.
