I’ve been working with Sun Belt for several years, buying carpet and furniture cleaning chemicals mostly. Their selection, pricing and delivery is excellent. Normally, if I order something before 5 pm, I get it the following day by 6. They use UPS, which is my preferred delivery service. But the best part of their service to me and my business is the free and expert advise helping me in selecting the proper chemical and sometime process. One more thing — a while ago I run into a very difficult job — spot cleaning a delicate silk fabric. Even thought they couldn’t help me, they connected me with one of the top fine fabric cleaning expert in the country and he was able help me and recommending the materials and process to use. The results were beyond my and my customer’s expectation.

We had great service from Sun-Belt until we bought a very expensive floor cleaning machine called the«Dirt Dragon» based on their recommendation. I did do some research and the on line reviews of this product were good. We haven’t even had the machine for a year and I cannot begin to tell you the issues we have had: poor performance, water shooting all over the place, cracked pieces, parts that break off. Whenever we contact them for service we are told that we are«abusing» the machine. We fill it with solution and clean our floors twice a week and this is considered abuse? I am now stuck with a machine that is one of the poorest pieces of equipment I have ever owned in 30 years of business. I plan to contact the manufacturer to see if they might offer some solutions.

Terrible service. They offered a special online for free shipping for new customers plus a discount for large orders. I placed an order online and received a confirmation and order number. I waited a couple weeks and never received my order so I called to inquire about my order status. First they made up some fake story about not being able to ship to my state due to restrictions –not true. After I called him on it he admitted that they decided not to fulfill my order because they would be loosing money shipping to California. Why do they send catalogs to me in California? Why don’t they just exclude certain states from the special offer to begin with? They didn’t even have the courtesy to call or let me know that they were cancelling my order, let alone doing the right thing and honoring their offer since it was their mistake. Lying about it after the fact was over the top. Stay away from the supplier. They don’t know how to do business.
