Worst experience ! They had to re-run my information in their system 3 times and it took almost 40 minutes for a simple pay as you go card. The lady was trying her best but the guy in there was not helpful and also rude! Do not recommend !!

If I could only give fewer stars… The customer service at this location digs to new lows, even for T-Mobile. After days of working with the company’s «Customer Care» team via land line, attempting to troubleshoot issues with a new purchase, Tracy did everything he could to eschew responsibility and blame me for difficulties getting their products to actually work. In the end, I had to return their crap and go with AT&T. It is never good customer service to blame the customer in lieu of investing a little effort to assist. The customer may not always be right, but belittling the customer and assuming he is stupid is not good business.
