FYI: I called today to ask about getting a duvet cleaned. In case you don’t need regular delivery, the cleaning (perhaps just for the Midtown area?) is actually done at the location below and you can drop off and pick up:

Do not patronize Mark the Dry Cleaning guy if only for his marketing strategy. He violates neighborhood no soliciting policies, He leaves a bag on your door over the weekend and if you want to use his service or not he wants it back out on the door on Monday, and then comes back again, and again until he gets all his bags back. Not a very effective or polite way of soliciting business.

A few words describe the Dry Cleaning Guy. Timely service, excellent quality, and great pricing. Not to mention very convenient, as it is pick up /​delivery service. Mark makes a real effort to earn your business, and once you use him, he works even harder to keep you happy. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. So give him a try. For the cost (or less) than the area cleaners, you can get pick up service and work with an excellent guy.

We switched over from another home delivery/​pick-​up dry cleaner in the Raleigh area. We have been so pleased with The Dry Cleaning Guy from a service standpoint and price. All I can say is that Mark has been so personable and friendly. He puts in the extra effort to make you feel important and not just a customer. We had a small issue with a button (no fault of The Dry Cleaning Guy) and he made a special trip to come to our house and pick up the shirt personally! I think we even got the shirt back the same day! If you are looking for home pick-​up and delivery… Mark is your guy!
