I too am experiencing the same thing as the other 2 reviews. I can not reach anyone. Yesterday the phone line had a recording saying it was disconnected. Did they forget to pay their phone bill!!! My unit is full of bugs and rodents. I will need to move my things out! I can not reach anyone to pay my bill or talk about the pest issues! Oh, my unit is also damp! Not happy!!!

I laughed when I read the other review of this place because Im experiencing the same thing with them! Ive been trying to reach them for days! Ive called, left messages(when the voicemail actually goes on) and Ive stopped by. Everytime I stop, no matter what time it is, there’s a sign on the door that says Closed For Lunch. Are they really doing such an awesome business that they cant even return a phone call?

Worst business model I’ve ever experienced. 24-hour access is nice, facility is brightly lit and clean, but MYGOD this company makes it impossible for you to pay your bill, update your account, or talk to anyone on staff. The office has ridiculous hours-almost nothing on the weekends(Sat 9 – 3, closed Sun) and during the week the phone rings for hours even when they are allegedly staffed. The reason that I’m so intimately acquainted with the business hours: until last month, there was no way to pay your bill EXCEPT over the phone. Now they’ve updated to a third-party online pay system, but it’s buggy, locks out users, and requires you to input credit card information to a site that isn’t branded with the Triangle storage information. You also never receive confirmation, either from Triangle, or the 3rd party site, that your payment was successfully processed.
