Zales Jewelers

The jewelry Zales person is treating me as if she’s better than me and speaking to me in a condescending manner. I am getting a gift resized from my girlfriend and she keeps saying «he». As if only men can gift jewelry. Ugh!

Worst customer service ever. They are rude and horrible. They also try and make you feel stupid. We will never come back.
In addition, I just called on the phone to check on a repair. It’s 10am. The woman rudely answered the phone to tell me hat they don’t open until 10am and that I’ll have to call back. How does this place stay in business treating people this way? Do yourself a favor and spend money somewhere where they actually want customers.

Found the jewelry we were looking for.
Also found the staff to be absolutely terrible.
We went to the two other jewelers in the same area of the mall and they actually said «hello» and «may we help you» the minute we entered the store.
The staff at Zales wouldn’t even acknowledge us. We went in there 1^st, and they didn’t even acknowledge us. We went to the competitor across the mall (who were SUPER helpful), and went back to Zales to compare prices. Upon entering the store a second time, the staff wouldn’t even acknowledge us again.
We went to another jeweler because we couldn’t get help at Zales – and again, they were SUPER helpful. We went back to Zales a 3^rd time, and finally a young lady who must have been back from break (she wasn’t there the first 2 times) was gracious enough to greet us, help us, and we actually ended up purchasing items from Zales.
It was really difficult making the purchase knowing that the snobby salespeople had essentially ignored us twice before, but we did so. I don’t feel great about it and if I could have spent the money anywhere else (if any other store had had the item we picked out) I would have gone elsewhere.
If you want to be helped here, make sure you look like a malled-​out douche-​bag who looks like they can afford to drop money – otherwise, you’re going to get the Pretty Woman scenario.
I hope that young lady got a commission and I will never drop another dime here if I can absolutely help it.
