Bottom line up front: If you want the job done accurately and professionally, call Brisendine Land Services( ) I needed a survey done on my residential lot prior to adding a detached structure. I used to be a surveyor, and I had some personal contacts, so I made some calls. Eddie was actually recommended to me by the folks at Lundstrom and Associates(another great firm, but they only handle large projects at this point.) I made a few more calls, and found that Eddie has a stellar reputation with his peers in the engineering and surveying community. I called Eddie, and he got back to me pretty quickly. He asked a lot of good questions, and agreed to take a look once I explained what I wanted. Even though good surveyors are constantly busy in San Diego, he worked with me to find a time to come and estimate the project that very week. His estimate was honest and realistic, and accounted for possible hang ups in the process. No sugar-coating to get my business. He then went and researched municipal records to give me some background before we had even settled on working together. He said he could do the job, and we agreed to go with Brisendine. Eddie came out and did the job quickly and accurately, and did it when he said he’d do it. He and his crew were polite, disturbed almost none of the landscape, and when all was completed, had done the job for well under the estimated price. I couldn’t be happier, and I recommend Brisendine Land Services for anyone needing survey, engineering, or water resources work in San Diego County.
