Sears Hometown Store

We recently went in to get a refrigerator. Jeff helped us and we honestly could not be happier. There was a price offered online that we showed to him and he matched it! Please don’t think that you need to go to a big sears or
to get the good deals, you can get them right here and support our small town.
We ended up leaving with a fridge, washer and dryer because the prices were so great. He even called us to follow up and make sure that everything was delivered and see if we had any questions. We will definitely be going back.

Large ticket items should not be purchased here! I mistakenly bought a dishwasher, Kenmore — paid $ 700. Within 6 months the bolts had rusted, and some of the outside of the dishwasher had rust spots. I contacted Sears support since the local Ramona Sears told me to pound sand… I was told that neither Sears nor Kenmore cover rust on dishwasher. My bad to expect a $ 700 dishwasher to not rust in the first year!
Fast forward to a 14 month old dishwasher and all the plastic inside is brittal and a few wheels broke. I again called Sears and was told «$ 59 for a diagnostic appointment… plus parts and labor» I asked if they would cover the expense if their technician told them that it was a faulty product and not user neglect. They said no, but offered me the option of paying $ 39 a month for a year instead and they would cover the repair. Like an idiot I accepted the appointment, and was then gifted with a 4 hour window to wait for Sears to send the man who would charge me for his time. What about my time?
$ 300 dollars later plus a little over a year old $ 700 dishwasher… the dishwasher is now sitting at the curb and I am waiting for my Whirlpool from Lowes to arrive… by the way… they gave me a 1 hour window.

Went in to get a weed wacker, Dillion helped me out greatly. Knew a bunch about them and etc, very helpful. In and out quickly and i got the job done at home, Thanks Dillion!

Been going to this store since it opened. Have purchased many appliances here over the years, and have always received courteous and friendly service. Just had an issue with my refrigerator, which was not under warranty, and they helped me out big time with a loaner even though they did not have to. I am glad they are in my neighborhood.

THE Store Itself Is small… Sometimes you Can Get What you are looking for… But Most Of THE TIME It Has To Be ordered… Hugh Selection Of Craftsman tools.

they wont sell you the $ 10 part to convert your dryer to propane. But, they can have it installed for $ 100, if you bring it in. «liability reasons» bullsh*t. went to sears in Escondido, bought the part, installed myself in a half hour. thanks for the help, stupid Ramona store.
