Exceptional service and done with a smile. It’s not easy at the drive thru, but they pull it off day after day. Great job.

Always fast service and coffee is done perfect. I feel the outline of how the drive thru is made is bad because it can take a while for the cars to keep moving but I just walk inside anyway

I have to tell you, I understand it is tough out there to run a Dunkin Donuts on a weekday morning. Still, waiting literally over twenty minutes for a toasted sandwich is really pushing it.
After waiting ten minutes for two people in front of me (wow), I place my order and proceed to wait another ten to fifteen minutes as the two people BEHIND me got served. The person finally asked what I was waiting for and then made my sandwich, but it’s a bit much to ask for someone who is on the run (all of us stopping at a DD for a quick bite). And the sandwich wasn’t very good.
May try the other DD five minutes away in Ramsey. Disappointing.

I go to a lot of DnD’s and this one by far blows all of them out of the water. Any time I have gone in here their sandwiches are still hot, made properly and oozing with cheese… just what you need in the morning. Doughnut selection is out of this world, staff is friendly and attentive… I definitely recommend!
