I had a great experience with my group of 12. He was attentive to us and offered to change the coals out frequently. I don’t think this is pricey compared to other places, in fact it’s about the same no matter where you go. Favorite flavor was sex on the beach. We came in around 11:30pm and the owner let us stay until a little before 2am even though the store closes at 1. Even though many other reviews are bad, if you’ve never gone somewhere before, give it a try yourself before judging what others have to say. Will definitely be coming back.

Very rude owner and customer service. Unwilling to split payments and inconsistent pricing with the signs. Hookah itself is just okay. Doesn’t card underage patrons either. Prices aren’t cheap either.

The main old guy that works there is a douche bag. Everything that came out of his mouth was rude and stingy, I will never be coming back here to say the least. The guy needs to pull the stick out of his butt and actually put a smile on his face. This guy should be a garbage man with the kinda customer service he puts out, but then again I at least get a smile out of the garbage man. Never returning and none of you should either.

Owner is very nice. He’s not a pervert he’s actually a really down to earth guy open minded guy. This is the grandfather of hookah in Sacramento. 8:30 on a Sunday was dead but ppl started to come when we left. Good hookah, friendly staff. This was where I first ever had hookah when I was younger. It’s a 4 star place but needs better than a 2.5 rating.

This place is so great but the owner is very nice I don’t know why people bash on him but he is such a nice man and always willing to come by and say hello to your group and tell a few jokes

This place sucks. I’ve been here about three times with my boyfriend; the first time was alright but the last two times have been miserable. First off, we ordered a white peach hookah and there was no flavor at all! Peach hookah is my favorite and the best I’ve had have been at Layalina’s and Blow Lounge because they tasted yummy and hit perfectly. The one we got here didn’t even hit at all, and the coals that they had were really cheap looking and went out fast. Second, the owner needs an attitude adjustment. No customer service at all and he just sat in his little area the whole time and didn’t tend to us the whole time either. Worst $ 15 I ever spent. Don’t think I’ll ever come back here. I never wanted to come back the third time but my bf insisted because he wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt haha

This place is actually descent. Better than the outdoor patio place downtown. Way more flavors and you don’t have to buy a food/drink with hookah. And they have bubbles! This is my spot now :)

This is the worst hookah lounge I have been too. Over priced! Really bad flavors. Even when I ask for my bowl to be blown out the waiter told me they weren’t allowed to. Small hookahs at the price I paid too! Ridiculous prices on retail hookahs as well. Not a good place to come if you’re a casual hookah smoker.

So rude! The old man working the front was so rude to me and the guests! Walked in and sat down then wanted to get some food and a overpriced 3 dollar Starbucks bottle. Then the old man says ok that’s 9 dollars plus your cover charge? First off I wasn’t even smoking so why is he trying to charge me after I had already been in the venue 15minutes? He was so rude and said I don’t like your kind! Leave! So apparently he’s racist too. This place sucks bad business. I’ll never recommend to friends.

This place has excellent hookah; however, the owner is quite rude to people who come in big groups. I saw him harass a guy just because he moved a vacant chair to his table, which is a little bit ridiculous. Other than the rude owner, this place does have quality shisha, which would be the only good reason to go here.

I came here on a Wednesday night with boyfriend and some friends. It was pretty dead, I guess they planned on closing early but got some last minute customers. The owner was kind of rude and the hookah was pricey. I can’t believe you have to pay 5 dollars just to sit there! Anyways, my boyfriend and I got the pink pussy flavor created by the owner and it was pretty good I would recommend it. The other work there was really nice to us and let us take a few extra hits before closing. All in all it was okay. Would not go back unless it was a last resort.

Owner is a self absorbed a**hole. Was there with husband, had a seizure and blacked out. I ran inside and asked owner to call 911. Told him what happened and im a nurse and its not your typical someone passing out! He argued and refused to call still. He gave me a buisness card with an address on it. In my opinion if you see someone having violent convulsions and you see someone working on that person trying to save their life. Wouldn’t you just call 911 to help that person. Or would you sit their and brush it off like the owner? He is a inhumane money hungry person! All I have to say is KARMA is a biotch!

The hookah flavors are great, especially the house blends(even though the all have misogynistic sex names). Everything else here is awful. We had a party of 10 and the establishment rules are that you have to purchase one hookah for every 2 people or pay $ 5 for additional people. Have you ever tried to smoke an entire hookah with just two people?! This is an absurd requirement. Also, it was a cold night and we sat outside. The owner charger us $ 20 to turn on the heat lamp even though we had already paid around $ 100 for 5 hookahs. Hot coals were provided often, but basically I would not come here again because it’s just not worth it. Tapas the World in Midtown is a way better atmosphere(more twenty/thrirty somethings) and you can also get delicious food and drinks!

I’ve been a fan of this place for a very long time. My friends started taking me here last year, and we’ve gone as little as twice a month, to as much as twice a week, ever since. It’s a really chill atmosphere, and with the ever growing crowd of younger folks, this place definitely inspires conversation at the table. Considering it was the site of a former Java City, it’s used the small space well. There are a few tables inside, which are nice during the winter and those times where it’s raining. The outside patio is nice, even though the chairs are cheap and tiny. The music is up super loud most of the time blaring a blend of eclectic-rap-top 40’s-chill dance music. I’ve tried a lot of the shisha they have there, and the old man behind the counter is almost never wrong with his recommendations. They do sell drinks like Rock-Star, Arizona Ice Tea and bottled water, but they can be expensive. They also have a huge assortment of hooka and shisha available for sale. All in all it’s a nice place to sit back and chill with friends.

Check it out guys: The owner here is EXTREMELY rude. He is cheap as hell and CRIES for your money, so if you’re planning on heading down here, expect very low level customer service. The owner is completely rude and clueless at the same time. It’s like the guy is always on his monthly cycle. Atmosphere: Very HIGH-SCHOOL! I went there a few times and I’m surrounded by immature annoying wannabe-rapper/stripper teenagers. One time I was smoking my hookah and next thing you know to my right I see these Highschool boys switching the hookah tobacco with weed. Go home and do that shit! I’m not here to inhale SKUNK! Yuck! The only good thing about this place is the location, for me, it is pretty convenient and close-by. The Hookah’s are«OK» Really cheap looking, not fully flavored. Music is always loud and ghetto as hell. You would think since it’s a Hookah Bar, they’d have some Middle Eastern or Arabic music, or something general that most people will not get annoyed of. WRONG. Prepare yourself for a massive headache. Actually, don’t even waste your time here. Go to Kasbah, you will not regret it!

came here with my girl on a saturday night. heard lots of good things about it, so i thought we might try it after our amazing dinner. normally we goto dtown, but something new right? pros-im half persian, so as soon as i saw the persian owner i knew it was going to be great. very clean classy location, plenty of seating even though it was packed, up to date music being bumped but not too loud on the speaker system, amazing hookah flavors, very prompt service on getting our hookah, and the security/charcoal guy was very polite and always around when we needed a coal! cons-basically its just far for most people to enjoy, off sunrise blvd across from home depot. instead of using folding chairs, i think nice wicker chairs, or even couches would be much classier hookah flavor was amazing. i think it was called«pink», and it lasted for a long time. i consider myself a pro hookah smoker so i know whats good. they even have hookahs of everysize and budget and all the top brands/flavors available if u want to buy. great selection of snacks and drinks also! kind of a younger crowd, but nobody seemed underage. i like how generally everyone dressed up a bit, especially the ladies. skirts dresses and heels all around. most of the guys had on dress shirts with zip up hoodies and jeans. i highly recommend this place if u want a quality spot, and a great hookah. perfect for groups, and plenty of easy well light parking! i wonder how it is during the day…
