Used them for a while, but they don’t do a great job. She likes to text instead of call which is very unprofessional. Then recently she tried to tell me I have to start paying for the cleaning supplies. No thanks, I can find much better help for the price.

My mother has employed this service for several years. At first they were good, but the quality of their work has slipped so badly she let them go. A friend and I have taken over the cleaning and what we’ve found is horrifying. As far as I can tell they never cleaned the filters in the kitchen hood fan, and the strip of trim along the back of the stove was so full of old grease I had to scrape it out with a spoon. The living room area rug had been vacuumed, but not rolled it back and swept under, there was a quarter inch of dirt under there. It appears they had never moved the armchairs and couch to vaccuum, either.
My mother has treated this service very well, including providing generous cash gifts at Christmas, and felt badly to be letting them go, but enough is enough. They took advantage of her good will for far too long.
