I tried mobile ordering for this location for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The Elk Grove location has gotten my mobile order incorrect on a few occasions and the Rancho store got it right on the first try. My order was ready when I got there and not hastily prepared when I arrived(this sometimes happens at the Elk Grove location). And they even included a fork and napkins in my bag — which is never included at the Elk Grove location. I usually have to grab my own fork and napkins, things I believe should be included with a to go order. Kudos Rancho! I’ll definitely be back!

This place is now garbage. I used to work here many moons again and I used to be a frequent customer but the food doesn’t taste the same the customer service sucks. My order is ALWAYS messed up and I am making it myself but they never listen to me. I think this will be the last time in here. The employees seen to not have proper hygiene to work at a restaurant, I’m just wondering… Does management not tell them anything anymore. It’s just not the same.

What can I say? This Chipotle at Rancho Cordova has it all by bringing these amazing create your own burritos, bowls, salads, and kids meals all year long! The atmosphere and the concept remain the same as most Chipotle locations has across the United States, and it’s much friendlier since I came that location few times. The service is doing a great job for making the customers like me a remarkable service. No cons at all. Sometimes for my frequent Chipotle visits, I usually ordered a CYO burrito bowl mixing fresh ingredients from cooked proteins, fresh veggies, and fresh toppings. As I ate my CYO burrito bowl(my half-n-half protein and veggies bowl,) it tasted very good! I can feel the authentic flavors right into my mouth like the seasoned salt mix on cooked proteins especially their homemade salsas too. The rice is on point and moist which it can eatable with my teeth properly. Not a bad meal at all. There’s plenty of parking available, so you can park anywhere you want near or far without the hassles. In the end, this Chipotle at Rancho Cordova is the great, national fast food restaurant that I can have my CYO burrito bowl fix in no time at all! A great visit for all ages. My rating: 4 solid stars.

I frequent this place quite often not the best customer service compare to other chipotles I’ve been to. To start off we were in an empty line and it took the girl who helped us close to 5 mins to even acknowledge us, we asked for extra rice instead of beans she grabbed half a spoon and divide that amount in our two bowls, then we get this sloppy white guy who always drops our condiments gives us super limited amounts and divides everything in half. The only person who was doing her job was the girl on the register, whoever was working upfront today at 1pm isn’t the best. My bowl was literally halfway full.

This Chipotle used to be great. Now, after our latest meal we won’t return. Black guacamole, tasteless salsa, dirty tables, and horrible service seems to be the trend. Adiós Chipotle!

There is only one criterion when it comes to reviewing a Chipotle. Do they skimp on the meat? These friendly folks in Rancho Cordova do not. 5 stars. I am the duke, address me as such

I’ve always loved Chipotle and grateful to now have one right by my house. I always get the burrito bowl and get very demanding on my toppings. Ask for the beans dry than more beans and after they give me more beans ask for more beans. When I’m done with my order it probably weighs 5 pounds and barely fits in the bowl. The service here is always great very friendly. Not sure how anyone could complain about this spot. If they do then they need to take a long hard look in the mirror. On a side note if you have a problem with the business talk to the management I’m sure they’d love to do with you directly.

Im already not a big fan of chipotle. I pulled ip to this location right in front of the door. Before I even get out the car I notice an employee running his hands through his hair and scratching his face with no gloves immediately start chopping food up. It was the younger employees and it was in the evening. Seems like the better staff works during the lunch rush. Good luck and keep your eyes open to food handlers

Most chipotles seem the same to me. Except this one in particular. Its located in such a sketchy, uninviting shopping center, you’re likely to get stopped by someone random in the parking lot as soon as you get out of your car, and there are people usually fighting in front of the 99 cent store next door. I had ok experiences in the past, and a not so good experience today. When I was asked if id like guacamole, and then told that it’d be an extra charge, i said no and the employee rolled her eyes at me. I then asked for chips that were thrown at me. I got unlucky and was given a bag of salty, stale chips. Sunrise is only a couple blocks away and id much rather go there instead. Goodbye, Sketchotle.

And I thought MY listening skills are rather challenged at times, my visit to Chipotle certainly made me feel better about myself. Here is how the conversation went as I ordered my food: Me: «Hi, I’d like the chicken burrito bowl with the cilantro lime rice and black beans please»(pretty straight forward, right?) Chipotle employee: «OK, what kind of rice, white or brown?(The«white rice IS the cilantro lime rice as I ordered) Me: I’d like the cilantro lime Rice» Chipotle employee: «we have brown or white». Me: «OK…white» Chipotle employee: «Do you want black or pinto beans?» Me: «black» Chipotle employee: «what kind of meat?» Me: «Chicken…and light on the sour cream please» Chipotle employee:…piles on a huge gob of sour cream Then…they pack it up in a «to-go» container and bag, although they never asked if it were here or to go… Uggggghhhhhh. I ONLY hope the cooks ONLY listened to the instructions on how long to cook the chicle before I consumed it. I wonder if these employees were recently sent here from the Seattle locations of Chipotle. I hope not. I sure won’t be back at this location anytime soon. And the meat and beans were barely warm. BOO to this particular location

Burrito bowl was great as expected. The service was fast and professional. Over all a great place to get quick quality food, I like how they use ingredients that have no gmo or hormones.

The cashier was very nice but the short hispanic girl with dark hair was really rude to me while taking my order. If you can’t be nice to people ordering chipotle don’t work here.

SERIOUSLYCRAZYBUSYATLUNCH. Knowing this, I ordered through the App around 10AM to pick up at noon. Got there at Noon and though they were pleasant, it was not ready. I didn’t have a complicated order. I don’t have time for the stupid line because my lunch time at work is limited. I ordered one burrito. No drink. No chips. Nothing else. Shouldn’t have been an issue. They were courteous though. And I was out by 12:10 so there’s that. The burrito was awesome. I’d probably go back but not when I’m in a rush.

I had to deduct a point because they wrote on my mom’s burrito with sharpie! She just ripped off that part of her tortilla but I’m disappointed they didn’t catch that. Craaazy busy at lunchtime get there with extra time to spare. Also, get the barbacoa, it’s sooo tender.

This is the one place I know I can go to and be sure that my meal is Whole 30 compliant. that is. if they have carnitas in stock. I would recommend calling the location before going in. I fared well in Sacramento, not so well in Los Angeles. Also, the carnitas are a little salty for my taste, but I don’t think I’m normal in that regard. Once I’m done with Whole 30, I’ll be coming back to reintegrate corn tortillas and possibly beans. I’ve learned a lot by asking what different foods are cooked in, and am grateful that they can usually accommodate me. If you are on Whole 30, order carnitas(doesn’t have oil) with pico de gallo, guacamole(extra) and lettuce. IF you are very hungry, double the meat.

I use to live right up the street from this chipotle. I have order numerous times online and they’ve never screwed it up! One thing tho they do have a lot of homeless ppl sleeping on the side of the building from time to time. Pretty nice chipotle overall.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my food online and was in a fantastic mood, having had a great day at work and not having to cook for dinner. When I arrived, they had ATLEAST8 people standing behind the counter– none of whom could be bothered to acknowledge me. I went to the register, told them I placed my order and held out the printout of my order. Cashier said(not hi or hello but) «I don’t need that. Last name.» Gave them my last name and another employee went to reach for one of the pre packed bags. He asked the cashier, «What was her last name?»(Literally less than 4 feet away from me.) She responded, «I don’t know», and continued to make herself useless. Terrible. This is the closest one to my house– I would go 10 miles away to not have to see any of these people again. Also, my husband’s burrito fell apart before he could even try to pick it up and for reference(if any managers read this): I visited at about 6:15 pm today, July 28.

So the gal who started the line was sharp & helpful but the other folks were sub par. I didnt want cheese & said no cheese but the fellow started putting some on my burrito. He asked if it was ok & said no so he took a knife and flicked the toppings off. He made a big mess on the floor from the toppings. Moving on to the cashier; she was making strange comments to the other fellow which was rather unprofessional. We ordered a cheese quesadilla and when it showed up another gal wrapped it up on the foil & threw it into a basket. Am I being nit picky? Maybe but not as good service as the folsom location. Very disappointing.

Ok so I admit last year was the 1st time I ever had Chipotle. I usually like to hit up Carolina’s, Adelberto’s, local taqueria’s, Dos Coyotes or even occasionally Baja Fresh. I just assumed Chipote was like commercial mexican food like Taco Bell so I be the 1st to admit I was wrong. Funny story, after hearing I never had Chipotle all my co-workers were amazed(mostly gringos lol) and all pitched in to buy me a bowl. I didn’t understand what the big deal was. So after all 5 of my co-workers surrounding my desk waiting on my reaction(ridiculously awkward) well of course after having a steak burrito bowl I was hooked. So yeah I never knew what I was missing out on and surprised how fresh all the fixings were especially the guacamole.

Although this location is kind of in the ghetto, chipotle is always a good choice. The food is always fresh. The employees are usually very friendly and there is outdoor seating. When it comes to fast food, it’s always a better option.
