Sales staff smart and helpful, listened and found what I wanted. Really nice experience, sofa will be delivered in about a week, expecting it to go very well
Boy did Becca ruin this experience! Aaak like went in to make the last payment. Never ever will I shop there. Condescending rude, left a bad impression now that’s what will be remembered! She behaved nutty following me as I left, what did she think I was going to do de-fluff their pillows? Aaak I off to a Roseville lazy boy to get the matching chair.

We came into this store frustrated buy pushy sales people from other furniture stores. We encountered Becca and she was awesome! She liked informing us about what to look for in furniture and fabrics without ever making us feel like we were just a sale to her.

This was honestly the rudest place I have ever been! My husband I were out early at 10am shopping on Labor Day weekend purchasing all of our furniture for our new house– we went to a couple other places that were open and they had their open sign ON so we went in, as soon as we walked in people waved us in and said please come in– so we did. I started browsing and a woman walked up to us and said in a very rude tone «were closed its 10am on Sunday, way too early for us to be open» I told her we were flagged in and the sign said open– she turns to a coworker and says «who’s open at 10am– it’s Sunday» and proceeds to talk about us as if we were not there. I told my husband– let’s go. We wouldn’t have even gone in if the sign wasn’t on. So rude– they won’t ever get out business

The staff was very friendly. We came in looking to purchase so new bedroom furniture that is made from solid wood. They don’t actually carry the bedroom furniture in store, but we can order through the catalog.
Looking through the catalog took us forever. However, they did have wood color samples for each piece of furniture. So at least we narrow down the color and the style base on the catalog pictures.
They recently update their system, so they weren’t able to pull prices for us. They said they will try to call us first thing next week.
