Great service this morning. Fast with my order. In and out in under 5mins. The breakfast sandwich was great and my frozen caramel was really good better than Starbucks Carmel frappé. Will be coming here again :)

UPDATE The cashier, Virginia showed excellent customer service! She was patient while we were trying to figure out what to eat and bring up our rewards on their app. I had $ 5 off if I ordered through the mobile app so of course I had to. It wasn’t working and she saw that we put in our credit card and everything so she said she would ring it up anyways since they were having issues with mobile purchases. She was so kind and even brought the food to our table herself. We were also asked by other staff members if we’ve been helped. A lot has changed Customer Service wise and I’m glad! I will definitely be back now.

Not too bad considering they have a drive thru and us people of america tend to be fat and lazy or is it just me? Nom saiyan?! Nom saiyan?! This place is a a ok. Came here a few days ago for lunch and decided to use the handy dandy drive thru. Me: hi, do you guys happen to have any gf items? Person: you know you can’t really avoid gluten, it’s in the air. Me: confused emoji. Hmmm. I’ll just come inside to look then. Sooo, if it was in the air, wouldn’t I be dead because I am allergic? Makes no sense. I went inside to have a better look and I saw an employee grab baked goods with no gloves on and put it on the window display thing. I really don’t know if I would come back or not. Depends just how fat and lazy im feeling.

I’ve never had any problems with this location. Dining in and picking up an online order have been correct. Customer service has been good. Food has been good also.

Drive all the way over here for a chicken avocado Cobb salad and there’s no avocados ??? Very disappointing! I walked out with nothing after driving here in the RAIN. Umm… Avocados are on sale at the local grocery store right now… Geez!!!

Overall the food is awesome, prompt, and great customer service! I frequent this resteraunt quit often as it’s near my job and home. There have been slip up in orders, misplaced items, or incorrect toppings! The plus is they are always willing to correct their errors promptly, even giving bonus items for the wait! The tab can be costly but for the most part you get enough food to feed two people in one seating! I personally prefer to pay extra for fresh and lively ingredients! Rapid delivery is the way to go and you gain reward points for free stuff. Who doesn’t love a free cookie or drink from time to time!

I almost did not eat here because of the low rating. However I am glad I did. The food was very good and served in a timely manner. Between the three of us we ordered salads, soups, bagels and cookies. We all agreed very tasty. I do think this was the busiest Panera I have ever been to and the staff seemed a little harried.

Came here with my brother & mom since my mom had never tried Panera before. I got the chicken salad sandwich and my mom got the Asian sesame chicken salad and my brother got the pick 2 combo meal which he got half of a panini and soup and you can pick to have an apple, bread or chips; he got chips. Our total came to about $ 27 The food here is average, it wasn’t something that was really good. My mom kept on saying la bou is better. She said the crust on the bread that came as a side with the salad, was really hard and too chewy. Also the salad had dressing in it already but it wasn’t enough so we had to ask for extra sauce. My sandwich was ok, nothing really to complain about. They also have a drive thru if you don’t want to go in & dine. This is a great place to go if you want to have a quick meal & don’t feel like eating fast food or going to an expensive breakfast or lunch place.

I have to admit this Panera location is pretty consistent… Consistent at forgetting ingredients in my order. Within the past week and a half I’ve been to this location 3 times: twice during the lunch hour and once during dinner time. I ordered the same«pick 2» combo via their rapid pick-up option. Same soup, same salad, and each time they forgot ingredients. The first time I ordered extra avocado in the chicken avocado cobb salad. I get home, open the bag, and find there was no avocado in my salad. The second time I ordered no bacon in the chicken avocado cobb salad. I get home and find no egg and no tomatoes in my salad(but they did manage to omit the bacon correctly). The third time I order the chicken avocado cobb salad, no modifications. This time I checked the bag before leaving and I find there was no chicken and no avocado in my salad. I’m sorry Panera, but you expect me to eat this rabbit food salad consisting of just lettuce, tomatoes, and egg? I notified the to-go counter worker, and they apologized for the mistake and offered to remake the salad. The employee who helped me was very attentive at fixing the mistake and is the only reason why this review is even getting a 2 star. I’ve been to plenty of other Panera locations, but for some reason this location loves playing hide-n-seek with the salad ingredients. Fool me once Panera, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times: eat at your own risk.

Would never go to this location again. I had never eat here before. I had order my food that wasn’t take down correctly, by the way. I thought I would grab a chocolate chip cookie. To my surprise there was a long hair bake in my my cookie. I had call the manager told her what had happened. And by the tone of her voice seem like I was lying. Oh I got was I’ll refund you you’re money or replace you’re cookie fallow by a dead silent, of «um I’M SORRY!».

This location cannot figure out how to get their drive-thru orders correct. The last three times(within a ten day period) I have been in they have messed up my order. I have checked my receipts to make sure what I ordered is correct on there and it always is so I know they’re hearing me correctly. I have two small children and don’t always have the time or spare hands to go into the store and nor should I have to go in to fix their mistakes. I have tried to call the store to complain multiple times and they never pick up the phone either. I’ve never had a problem with orders inside the store but they need to figure out their drive-thru.

I enjoy this addition to the Rancho Cordova food scene because it’s a reliable chain, has healthy options and the drive thru isn’t a pain in the arse, and is in fact pretty fast. While there is almost always a line, the speed in which the customer is serviced is rather quick. My favorites from Panera are the broth bowls with chicken and soba noodles and the cream of chicken soup bowls. Add a pumpkin muffie to the mix, and you have a solid lunch with a dash of indulgence. I will continue to rely on Panera as a viable and quick drive-thru lunch option in times that I’m too lazy to pack a lunch for my morning.

Slow, no customer service, made my order wrong . This is not a place to come when you have just gotten off work and you are tired and Just want something fast and easy and good . The«chef» is so slow and inconsiderate . You make my dinner wrong and then take forever to remake it .To top it off it looks like you just slapped my food together with no thought or craftsmanship. Sucks I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal . Does not seem too sanitary to make sandwiches on top of the container that holds the pickles and not even wipe it off before the next sandwich. Why not just use the cutting board ? I had to explain the the cashier 3 times how I ordered my sandwich .when I walked in to get my order corrected the cashier just took my meal .I asked if she needed me to tell her how i wanted it and she says no that they will figure it out. I asked how will she know how to make it right and she responds by saying«I got chu» .ummm okay ? Then she comes back THREE times to ask me how I wanted my sandwich .come on. seriously ? No apology, No Consideration to that fact that I had been waiting for a long time or even that they made my meal wrong .NO smile, nothing . Not the level of service I expected from panera,

Update: they still suck! Make sure when you order the you pick 2(on the drive through) drill it into their heads(seems like they don’t listen very well) for the last 4 times my fiancé asked for apples slices and they keep giving him chips. I said no star! If you ever order online, check your order before leaving the store, because for some reason this place never gets it right. Other than not getting the orders right & always running out of food products this place is not that bad. Just make sure you call them ahead of time if you want something other than sandwiches because I can guarantee that they won’t have it available.(Just saving you people some time)

I used to love this Panera. It’s close to work and I would go at least once a week to pick up to-go orders for myself and my co-workers. We even dubbed Fridays, «Panera Friday» The last couple times I’ve noticed some major portion cutbacks. The first time it happened I wrote it off as a mistake, but it’s become obvious that this is the new standard. I usually order the whole Napa Almond Chicken sandwich with a side of chips. Today was no different. However, when I bit into my sandwich I noticed there was a whole lot of bread and not a lot of filling. Upon inspection I noticed there was barely ANY chicken salad inside. The sandwich had been mostly padded with lettuce and tomatoes. HARDLY worth $ 7.95. If I wanted a lettuce and tomato sandwich I could have made my own for a lot less. I used to be a regular patron but I won’t be back to this location.

This is a great spot for breakfast and lunch. The menu items listed on the wall above the counter list the caloric content of each item, which I appreciate. The food is very tasty as are their mocha’s. The coffee and tea have free refills. Their cookies and pastries are also very nicely done. As you might expect, their bread is excellent. As some others have posted, if you are going just for the bread(especially something that is a little less common like rye), call ahead to make sure they have it.

Usually I really like Panera. I went in because I got an email saying I received a free birthday treat. I get there and told the cashier I would like to get my free treat and was told I don’t have one. What? Oh well. Decided to eat here anyway since it was dinner time, about 5:45. My favorite is their tomato mozzarella panini. Of course that’s what I got this time too. First I want premise this by saying they were not busy at all, which is rare at Panera. So I get my sandwich, take a bite, and hmmm, it taste off. Like there’s something missing. so I open it up and there’s no cheese, what ??, so then I open up the other half and there it was all clumped up in one corner. How does that even happen?

I love Panera Bread. Always have, and and always will. After all, I am a pre-diabetic carboholic! So what’s not to love? But as a reminder to myself this review here is based on this location only. I have been here about a handful of times, mostly for dine-in and once in the drive-thru. I will say the food is incredibly consistent. I doubt it’s that hard to mess up their soup, but sandwiches and whatnot seem to be up to par. There was one incident while ordering from the drive-thru that I bought a chicken salad(the really popular one with walnuts, cranberries and feta cheese?) and the employee didn’t put the sweet white balsamic dressing in my bag. I told her over the intercom how much I loved that dressing. When I got to the window I jokingly(well, kind of) asked her if she promised she put the dressing in. She promised. Well, that promise was broken as I found out once I got home. My next visit, a manager took our order because there were some miscommunications among the staff. Anyway, I let her know what’d happened with the salad. She was very understanding and told me she would make sure everything came out right. She even threw in a few more noodles to my beloved butternut squash ravioli! In return I throw in an extra star for my review. All I know is it’s nice to have some decent dining establishments in the city of Rancho Cordova. This is a happy addition to the Zinfandel strip of eats.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. They make their bread in-house and it is screaming fresh. I usually get the you pick two option with a half sandwich and a cup of soup. The turkey and avocado sandwich is my favorite. It comes on sourdough(always fresh) and is made with carved turkey– not the sliced lunch meat kind. When I don’t feel like eating meat, I’ll order the garden vegetable or black bean soup. If you don’t like any kind of cheese like me then ask for the garden veggie soup without pesto. The black bean soup is thick with whole black beans and very tasty. I’ve also had the chicken noodle and that one is good too. If you order your lunch with a drink then you can purchase a pastry for $.99. Otherwise they are closer to $ 3.00. I usually opt for the frosted sugar cookie but my husband likes the chocolate cupcake. Panera also has free wifi and call ahead ordering.

This is a Panera Bread… Not any better(or any worse than many other Paneras I’ve been to. That’s not all bad. If the brand is selling consistency, then that’s good. This is a Panera with a drive through. That’s what makes it different than most other Panera Breads I’ve visited. The parking lot setup makes it a bit awkward to enter(and find the cash register to order), but once in, it’s every bit as welcoming as the others. It’s also conveniently located in the Capital Village area of Rancho Cordova with other businesses and eating establishments, so it fits. So, if you like Panera and are in the Capital Village area, pop in.
