I agree with the other reviews. The employees ALWAYS seem to have an attitude as tho there are no other alternative places to eat! I only come here because I need the healthy option for lunch but if ANY other sandwich location opens up in the area I will NEVER again give them my business! The younger women who work here are really turning customers off to this location. Rude, rude, rude!

It’s true like the other reviews said… Employees are killing their biz(although I think it’s family owned, so not like you can fire yourself!). I ordered a steak sandwich, and she heaped it on only one side of the sandwich. Two inches of naked bread was exposed, and the other side had the pile of meat. I actually had to tell her to even it out! wtf I hate to say it, but it’s all East Indian workers, and seems like their culture doesn’t encourage customer service. It is gimme your money and f-ck you very much lol

Met expectations and had specials of their own going on which was great. I had the Italian Hero(special) and have eaten here a number of times in the past. IMPORTANTTONOTE: The place is exceptionally clean. Seriously, you could eat a salad off of their floor. You can tell how concerned they are with cleanliness by looking at the floors and the sandwich counter carpet that customers stroll across while their food is being prepped… that carpet is clean EVERY time I go in there(I’m guessing they wash it weekly). OPERATION: The food quality and portions are generally consistent. I’m guessing they are family owned and operated as they follow Subway protocol pretty closely. MYMEAL: A young friendly lady(worker) and an older lady(guessing the owner because she is there almost every time) made my sandwich. Sandwich was great and the old lady even offered me a water cup after I turned down the meal deal(granted she did not smile). SUGGESTIONS: If the older lady could figure out how to socialize and smile EVERYTIME with all of her customers I would suspect that this Subway would do much better. SUMMARY: I’m guessing that success and longevity for this Subway will be solidified when you start seeing reviews with the older lady’s actual name(showing she made connections with customers) instead of people saying«the older lady.» I’m guessing the older lady’s chief skill is keeping the operation effective, efficient, clean, and on budget. LOCATION: Location is less than perfect for impulse eaters and the portion control on tomatoes(four small tomato slices instead of six) was a slight disappointment. RATING: I would have given them 4−½ stars due to lack of personal/friendly touch. I always round up so a 5-star rating it is.

Service was not good, bread was half baked. Employees had attitude. They were cleaning the floor when it was busy, so there was no where to seat. I would not stop there again.

This subway is okay… The parking lot is a zoo and almost every parking space is a 30 minute max but who is there to enforce it? Nobody! So everybody that goes to Starbucks parks in the blank spots so there are only 30 minutes spots left… The staff is nice and the ingredients are fresh but they make the sandwiches pretty messy as if they are in a hurry so maybe they monitor the 30 minute parking stalls

The parking can be frustrating during busy times(mornings, lunch, etc.) due to being next to a Starbucks, stores, small size, and limited spaces in general. Sandwiches here are decent, typical Subway sandwiches. This subway does always seem to have fresh ingredients. Service is okay. Servers have a smile and greet you, but the manager who is usually at the register tries to rush your order and get you out!

Do you know that because I wanted to eat inside, this Subway charged me 20 cents extra. I cannot believe this, a horrible owner

I’ve made this my go-to place to pick up quick meals for the lake across the street. Like another reviewer, I don’t frequent this place for the smiles. The place is clean, the produce is fresh & I feel better eating here than I would at the fast food joint w/the golden arches across the street. My only slight annoyance is that I can’t drive directly across to the lake entrance. Instead you have to go right & make a U-turn at Folsom blvd to get to the lake. But that’s a 1st World problem I can handle.

Clean, calm, good service. They have fresh a spinach and whole avocado(not the prepacked kind), which is both rare and wonderful.

Nice quiet location. Good usual sandwiches at good price and nice staff. I don’t expect them to jump at 5 $ foot long and smile like they love every sandwich like a baby. They are reasonable with customer service and quality is good. I don’t go to subway for smiles… just sandwiches. Will go back.

Never again! Why pay $ 6.90 for an avocado sandwich – when all their meat sandwhiches are $ 5 for a footlong – they charge extra for the avocado?! Really?! I think they need to re-visit that policy – it should only apply if you’re adding avocado to your meat sandwich – but, not if it’s a veggie! ugh! The staff here need some improvement on their communication skills, too! meh!

These employee have no customer service at all. They are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Your only making sandwiches. How hard could that be?
