4D Concepts

We had a great experience with 4D CONCEPTS. They don’t do the installations themselves, but sell cabinets to end consumers and contractors. I found the company to be VERY thorough and helpful in picking out the right cabinets for our budget. They carry import cabinets that are more limited on sku availability, but for the price they are a GREAT value and nice quality. We went with the Domestic Cabinets and couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and help we were given in our kitchen done within budget! Thanks 4D CONCEPTS!

We shopped around and decided to go with 4D. We also used their installer. After designing my new kitchen we were told this would be a 5 day project. It turned into a 3 week project. We were told the cost included pull out shelves, but did not receive them. After attempting to contact the owner he failed to even return phone calls at times; ultimately that issue was never resolved. As the installer did the installation he informed us 4D sent a stove cabinet and not a cooktop cabinet. Had to wait for that to come in before the installer could continue. We also realized the cabinet for my double oven was incorrect; instead we received a cabinet for an oven and microwave. The issues were fixed only after tons of stress, and weeks of being forced to eat out (I enjoy cooking for my family). We were told the person who designed our kitchen resigned, and it was all a result of his work. I felt this was not a reasonable justification for the owners lack of communication; a business owner should step in and correct issues rather than pass the blame to someone else. The cabinets are nice; only reason they get a 2 star rating. Customer service is a 0!
