The folks at Automax1 are true professionals who do fantastic work. I have had problems in the past with feeling like some auto shops were overcharging me for what I felt were unnecessary repairs but definitely not these folks. My 2004 Mountaineer’s service engine light came on & I had no idea what to do about it. The suv was running very rough and I knew something had to be done immediately once I got the flashing warning light on my way to work. I called down to the shop and the manager George was not available at that time but I was told he was the one who I needed to speak with, so they took my name and telephone number and said he would call me back. George called back in less than an hour, due to the fact it was lunchtime. I told him the problem I was having and he made time to have my car looked at that very day. I was unsure if they did work on that model of suv but once I spoke to George he told me that they worked on all cars. I took my car to Automax1 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and my car was ready that very day, which was fantastic because I really needed it the following day. The price that they charged me was more than reasonable and in all honesty I thought it was going to cost a lot more. I never questioned whether I was being overcharged or if they were making me pay for unnecessary repairs, they did a great job and are truly providing a service to the community. As a matter of fact they take cash, check debit or credit card but also have an option for a third-​party finance company who you can use if you cannot afford to pay for the repairs at that time of service. In all honesty, I have never been more pleased with an auto repair shop. I would definitely recommend Automax 1 to all of my family and friends. If you are needing work done on your vehicle, give these folks a call they’re are awesome and will do honest work and charge you a honest price. Moving forward I will not take my cars anywhere else but Automax1.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE George is extremely rude and did not want our business what so ever!!! We parked in one of his parking spots and he actually told me to move out of his area we told him I needed an estimate and he didn’t even want to do that I totally wish I could negative stars ! He treated me horrible and insulted my intelligence I felt because I am a female ! I will never go to this place ever again! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN BUSINESS!

I had a bad accident and George and the team at Automaxx not only fixed my car perfectly, but coordinated getting my rental replacement and dealt with the insurance company for me so I didn’t have to hassle at all with it. A very seemless experience for what could have been a long arduous process
