I’m giving it 3 stars for the simple fact that the customer service wasn’t great(fucken teens are rude & they wonder why no one wants to hire them) secondly the station of where you load up your pizza was a little dirty. Pizza was great & their orange blood lemonade was super tasty!

Hello I went to blaze for the first time yesterday around 1:30PM me and my daughters as soon as I went in and order there was a girl named Noehly rudest customer service I have ever experienced of my life I thought I was at McDonald’s and she was also a manger! blaze you guys need to over think that one. I’ll definitely keep going to Pielogy!.I noticed every time someone asked for something she would just look pissed and roll her eyes now that’s not okay I noticed serval bad things about her that’s not how a business should be ran it starts with a friendly smile. Also she touched money and just put gloves on and went back to putting food that’s SICK! Anyways long story short I got the Redvine was okay I had two tomatoes on it though I went to the register were trish helped me out I waited by the oven where there was 2 guys Coral and Mateo. Coral made eye contact with me asked how my day was he also started conversation with everyone who was getting pizzas he had a friendly smile as well which made my blaze experience a little better. Coral gave me my pizza cracked a little joke and told me thank you enjoy your pizza have a beautiful day. Mateo cooked a perfect pizza Those two guys had awesome customer service maybe they should start greeting guest. Moral of the story TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE from Manger Noehly. I would recommend this place if there was another manger working. –Fire IT Up!

In my opinion this is some of the best pizza you can get out here in there and one empire. You just have to tell him how much sauce you want on your pizza because sometimes they put too much or too little and same with cheese. Other Then that it’s good stuff

After reading the number of positive reviews my wife and I were inclined to try it out. The place was nice and the service was friendly. The pizza was cooked quickly but I would recommend asking for extra crispy if you load toppings on because the center gets very soft. The toppings looked pretty decent except the basil which was going brown. Now with the not so good news. The sauces were not very tasty. The spicy sauce had a hint of ketchup that lingered on my pallet. The white sauce, or as they refer to it as an Alfredo sauce, was not good at all. I had asked them to show me the consistency of the sauce and the grabbed the ladel and poured a ladel full of sauce into a bowl. It was lumpy and runny. It looks that they made a bad roux and tried to make it into a bechamel sauce. So when the milk was added to the roux it ended up making little flour balls in milk instead of thickening it. The seasoning was also bland. The original sauce was OK and was under seasoned. The dough was OK but I think it needed some more salt added to it. In my opinion it’s a good place to try but you may not get what these reviews are raving about. ***On a side note I recommend extra crispy with a lot of toppings but the pizza doesn’t cook evenly so some areas of the pizza will looked burnt. If you like wood fire pizza then you will not mind.

Seriously my favorite fast fired pizza joint around! I used to hit them up when in downtown Pasadena, but now they’ve opened a new one in the IE! So excited! You choose all the toppings and flavors and they bake it super fast!(Hot and ready in like 5 minutes!) Personally I love the build your own«chipotle for pizza style) but they do have preplanned pizzas too if you want to try a house combo. Enjoy!

I like pizza. I’ve had great pizza from the source and I still Love this place. Everyone loves Pieology but Blaze takes the cake. I like the selections, the friendly service, and how quickly they handle crowds. Each experience I’ve had with different pieology’s had alway had a very long line with one person working. I always recommend Blaze to friends an family. It’s great!

Okay… here comes the Blaze vs Pieology wars! Though as of this moment, I declare neither a clear winner. Both have similar offerings, and both execute amazing pizzas with awesome efficiency. The pie at Blaze is slightly larger, dispersing the toppings rather evenly as opposed to pieology, where if you’re the type to get a buttload of toppings, it tends to clump towards the middle and spill out. Sauce is pretty good here at blaze, cheese and all the toppings look great quality wise. The only downside to Blaze is it’s located in the Victoria Gardens Mall, so for a quick lunch the Pieology is more accessible. Overall, I will be back if im in the mall!

Located in the heart of Victoria Gardens, is an interesting pizza place. Tired, I didn’t feel like pasting together a pizza by ordering this and that. Therefore, I chose to order a pre-made off the menu board consisting of pepperoni, Italian meatball. I did choose to add onion, pineapple, and pepperchinis. Out came the thin tasty pizza with all my specialties and slightly burnt edges and a small drink, all for about $ 10.00. Thank you Luke and other employees for the great professional service

I think Blaze blows Pieology out of the water. It’s weird since it’s basically the identical concept but the execution is way better here. The pizza I made had pesto for sauce, mozzarella, sausage, meatball and arugula. The cheese got brown and bubbly and melted way better than Pieology. The crust was thin and delicious without being too cracker-crisp. Pricing is about the same as Pieology, no big surprise there. Service was a little cumbersome, but it’s still new and I’m sure they’re just working the kinks out. Nothing major; got our pizzas in a reasonable time which was good. The dining area is comfortable and airy with floor to ceiling windows running the whole front of the store and nice exposed rough hewn wood juxtaposed with steel fixtures, that is so popular right now. Knowing how parking can be it’s unlikely that we would come just for food, but if I’m already at Victoria Gardens shopping this is definitely in the top of the list for quick serve casual eats.

Only giving this place 1 star as it will not let me give it 0. Food was mediocre at best. Ran out of tomatoes early on a Saturday night. Asked for extra pineapple and employee put 2 chopped pieces. Crust was burnt, but vegetables were undercooked. If you are looking for good pizza that is build your own, go across Foothill and go to Pieology. Even Little Cesar’s has better flavor than this place. Sad too, was hoping for another good pizza place.

This new place at the Victoria Gardens is a nice addition to their group of eateries. For quick-serve pizza, you can’t go wrong with this place and the price is good for what you get! I’m glad they have spicy red sauce since I love spicy foods!

This location was the first time I had ever tried/experienced Blaze Pizza! When I came here last month, construction was still being done along the streets and sidewalks — but that did not deter me from my visit. This location has plentiful seating, including a decent sized patio should you wish to dine al fresco, and the restaurant is very well kept. Now, what turned me onto becoming Blaze fan is that as soon as you step up for your order and see the array of toppings to build your pizza with you’ll notice that all the ingredients are so bright and fresh! The ingredients that stood out to me that Pieology didnt have is the spicy red sauce, Ovalini Mozzarella balls, ricotta cheese, whole cloves of garlic, and arugula which can be added post baking. The crust is also something to be said for: its got a bit of a raised crust edge(versus thin crust), not greasy, and so light while being able to hold up to the toppings — however, you may find yourself requiring a fork depending on the amount of toppings you choose to pile on. The staff here is also super friendly, too! From the moment they take your order to while in mid-meal. I appreciate that they go around asking how everything is, such a nice touch! Build your own custom pizza or go with one of their signatures… you cant go wrong with having either one for about $ 8 bucks! Blaze Pizza is the best!

Really good pizza and friendly staff… As other people have said, think of Chipotle with pizza toppings. Blaze even offers gluten free and vegan cheese, FYI. Pretty good food with reasonable prices.

It’s basically Chipotle, but with pizza. And it’s not Tex-Mex food, but Americana-Italian pizza. Okay, so it’s really nothing like Chipotle. But if I had to choose where to go for lunch between Chipotle and Blaze, I would probably opt for Blaze 50% of the time. The staff here are all friendly and nice. The dining areas are spacious and well-kept. And the food here, every single ingredient that they use, is just flat out delicious. Personally, I prefer Blaze over Pieology.

Pieology opened in the area almost two years ago and now Blaze has brought its own take on the fast-fired pizza movement to Victoria Gardens. In terms of concept, service, pricing, and ambiance, Pieology and Blaze are nearly identical. You line up Chipotle-style and tell each server what you want, starting with type of bread and cheese and working your way down through the meats, veggies, and post-baking add-ons. Pay, then wait a few minutes for your pie to be pulled from the oven. After several visits, I give a slight nod to Blaze, based on the taste of their pizza. I like the spicy marinara sauce(it’s not spicy to my taste, but it’s a bit more robust than the plain sauce), and I love the whole roasted garlic topping. All of the ingredients taste fine and after a few weeks, the service has steadily improved. One minor complaint: the acoustics in the store are bad and it is LOUD inside, so don’t expect to whisper sweet nothings to your significant other. Overall, a good place to grab a somewhat-quick bite to eat while shopping or window-shopping at the mall.

So the question on everyone’s mind is, «which is better? Blaze or Piology?!?» The answer: Only you can tell. I love both, but I must admit I like Blaze just a little more. The ingredient selection seems larger. The ingredients are all fresh. The employees are super friendly. The prices are reasonable. I have to recommend the Green Stripe. It has no tomato sauce, just some Pesto sauce on top. If you’re in the neighborhood, I strongly recommend you drop by. If you’re not in the neighborhood, I strongly recommend you get in the neighborhood.

My husband and I decided to go to Blaze Pizza for lunch because we really liked the food when we came for free pizza on opening day last week. I ordered the Art Lover pizza. I chose a gluten free crust, which came with mozzarella, ricotta, artichokes, chopped garlic, and red sauce dollops. I added grilled chicken pieces and whole roasted garlic to my order(you can never have enough garlic). Ding#1: It wasn’t until the pizza had been served that I realized there was no red sauce on it! They were apologetic and told me they could put red sauce on it, but it wouldn’t taste good OR they would make me another pizza. By all means… please make me another pizza! We’re all human… minor mistakes happen. An employee took my order and corrected my pizza. Another person brought it out to my table with sincere apologies. Thumbs up for customer service! Ding#2: As I attempted to pick up a piece of my corrected pizza, I discovered it wasn’t sliced. They also left the metal order number in the center of my pizza. Brought it back to the counter for slicing and number removal. No biggie. Ding#3: I picked up a slice and bit into it, and at the same time, noticed that my crust looked exactly like the pizza crust my husband ordered. I wanted gluten-free crust, which looks very different than the regular one. I felt like I was stressing them out. :/ As good managers do, he came to our table to check on us and I told him about the gluten-free issue. Keeping in line with good customer service, he offered another pizza with a gluten-free crust, but I declined because I don’t like wasting food. In addition to the 2 pizzas I ordered, he gave me 2 coupons for free pizza. Another thumbs up for customer service! This location is only a week old. I am hoping they work out the kinks because I really like their gluten-free crust. It’s not cardboard-like as I have experienced at other places. Despite the mistakes, the pizza was tasty and I would come back. Overall, I would give Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza 3.5 stars because of the minor mishaps.

Imagine a fat kid in an AYCE candy shop. That was me right here. I had at least 15 toppings on my pizza. Hello, toasty thin crust, juicy marinara sauce, yummy fresh mozzarella, and a huge variety of delicious meats and veggies, ALLOFWHICH I COULDFULLYTASTE. You never realize how essential being normal is to enjoying food until you’re not quite normal. Blaze, you are amazeballs. I’d sacrifice my diet AND my game for you any day. #howdoyoublaze
