Terrible customer service! There were 3 teenagers working & the line was to the door. 2 of the teenager goofed off & talked while the other one was busy trying to make all the orders. It took 20 minutes just to get an ice cream! Time for mature employees Dairy Queen!

The ice cream is great… The service not so great! They totally forgot our order & did not even apologize. The kids working there seemed over whelmed & have a cold demeanor. We will not return

Over the years have found this establishment to be hosted by competent and friendly gals and guys. Always helpful, serving cool and refreshing iced delights. Have enjoyed their cakes, but what my wife and I enjoy the most is the famous Blizzard. Our favorite flavor you may ask, is the Butterfinger. Filled with tasty bits of candy, and if one partakes to quickly, the instant brain freeze effect, sends a most refreshing flow of coldness through a body heated my the summer sun.

Two stars only because I love Dairy Queen. Service is always bad. Today I repeated my order FOUR times and the person in front of me got their order wrong. Apparently people who shouldn’t be on the register getting orders — are on the registers mis-taking orders.

Great ice cream and fantastic service, especially the young man named Matt(I think). He was very kind and nice to us. I hope the owner gives him a raise, very polite and kind individual. It wasn’t too crowded for a Sunday evening either. We sat outside and enjoyed our time! Edit: it did very crowded about 10 minutes sitting outside and ONLY4 people were working inside. Line almost went out the door…

I have been going to this location for years but the service has been deteriorating. Yesterday we ordered two Cotton Candy Blizzards. Apparently they ran out of both of the main ingredients required for this blizzard but instead of mentioning this fact when we placed the order, they said nothing. We could have made an informed decision as to whether to buy this item or buy something else. Instead we received something with jimmies and not really pink. This was not first time in the last year that we received poor quality blizzards. Lately they are not blending the blizzards properly so all the toppings are on the top and at the end you are left with plain vanilla ice cream. Severely disappointed in this location, and see there have been other poor reviews. I hope someone is reading these and corrects these problems soon.

So today(7÷30÷15) if you come in and buy a blizzard a dollar goes toward Miracle Hospitals(Miracle Treat Day). If they knew there was a chance of this place being busier than normal due to this special day being advertised everywhere and on TV, then why would they only have 2 employees working today??? I haven’t been here 5 minutes and already two people ahead of me walked out due to the long line and wait :( Okay, so 45 minutes later two more employees came in and things started to run smoother and quicker, but my banana split blizzard was all melted while my turtle blizzard was not… I was a little disappointed. I had to go home and put it in the freezer before I could eat it

I don’t know where to begin. How this place has an «A» rating is beyond me. It looks dirty, it even rather smells funky. The service is terrible, and the apparent disregard for food safety and cleanliness makes me wonder if either of these girls have ever had their food handlers card. There needs to be some serious changes in staff and probably management here.

We were so excited to find a DQ in our area. I was craving a soft serve ice cream and this hit the spot. The staff was attentive and friendly, and my soft serve cone dipped in chocolate was SOOOYUMMY! We will be regulars!

This place is always nice to come to get a nice cold treat… lines can be long during summer hours… also I noticed that this particular DQ does not offer all the speciality items they advertise on tv… but if u like other types of ice cream and shakes… place to be

I come to this location very often, but after today I will never go back. After the cashier was taking orders and handling money, as well as handing the filthy bathroom key to a customer. He decided that it would be a good idea to make my dip cone! WITHOUTWASHINGHISHANDS!!! Who in food service would do this? Beware and eat here at your own risk!!! I asked for my money back I do not want food poisoning. Employee never said sorry or anything for that matter. Handled my money and went back to serving people. In one ear and out the other. Last time I visit this store. Hope this helps other from not getting sick. I wish I could give it –stars

Friendly fast service, extensive menu, nice location. What more could you ask for? Got the brownie cookie something or other. It was delightful.

My first time at this location, I walked in and there was only one person I front of me but it still took 10 mins before they took my order. So I ordered an orange Julius and a mango smoothie. Took a while to make which was shocking as they don’t have a drive thru and it was practically empty. None the less I get my items and I leave. When I start to drink my orange Julius there are huge chunks of ice in it, I’m talking marble sized chunks I didn’t pay four dollars for a bunch of ice! My husbands mango smoothie was the same huge chunks of ice! I couldn’t believe it! So unless you want some blended ice in a cup don’t go to this location.

No. Just don’t. I ordered two orange julius(es). The guy came back with what felt and tasted like two cups of ice with some orange juice splashed on them.

Love the owners and love the ice cream! Now to address Daniel M.‘s bad review regarding the«Free Cone Day»…it was not for a charity; it was simply for customer appreciation in celebration of DQ’s 75th anniversary. Therefore, all of the FREE product given away(a $ 700 loss) was taken directly from the owners. Please get your facts straight before ranting simply because you didn’t receive something for FREE, in which the store didn’t even have to participate. I’m sure the hundreds of other customers who did receive a free cone at this location greatly appreciate the generous people who own this DQ!

Walked from home to Dairy Queen off Archibald and Baseline in Rancho Cucsmonga to support a hospital charity for a «free small ice cream Give away.» We arrived at 8:45 after dinner and noticed a sign on the door was posted that they stopped serving the promotion at 6 pm. The flyer and email said nothing about time, just that supporting locations would serve it all day with no limit on supplies. So after a nice 30 minute walk they wouldn’t serve us. I asked about the promotion and we were informed from an employee that the owner decided to stop serving because they were running low. However they kept selling it to make profit and take away from the charity to make money! We called the owner the very next morning and she said that since they raised $ 700 that that was enough to give away!!! I am appalled at the decision to take away from a children’s hospital charity just to make profit! And on the emailed flyer it did not say anything about time restrictions or while supplies last! Though they kept selling product so the supply was fine. I feel bad for the employees who had to enforce these restrictions because the owner wanted to cheat a hospital. I hope the charity finds out about this and decides to utilize another source to generate funds for their children. Extremely disappointed. We walked out with no purchase as to not support profiteering from a charity!

I know the owner personally and they are very kind. They visit the place from time to time to help out. It can sure get super crowded during summer until the line is out the door but boy is it worth it:)

Always a great treat on a hot summer night. They now have a number of new choices of blizzards but nothing beats the strawberry sundae. The shop is small and you can sit outside but it does not smell nice because of the sewage system.

the worst experience getting a frkn’ cone of ice cream ever. I stood in the line for literally twenty minutes just to get an ice cream cone, and there were only about 6 – 7 people in front of me. The blonde girl, don’t remember her name, was soo slow and even seemed to be flirting with another male worker. continuously asking him the same question on how to work the register or how to put in a promotion/coupon in… just awful. The ice cream was delicious, which is why I am giving 2 stars.

Whack… Right now DQ is running the buy one get one for $.99 and we were told… that they are all franchises and their manager didn’t want to participate in that promo!
