Walked in at 4:58pm, the girl assisting customers shook her head no on my arrival, I asked, «excuse me? I need a manicure and pedicure». She shook her head no and said not today. I was totally stumped, being that they close at 7:00pm. Very rude and unprofessional to give no further explanation and to turn me away in that manner. Definitely not retuning here.

I won’t ever go anywhere else so far. I never had a broken nail and they did awesome on every fill got my first pedicure with my daughter and they were fantastic! VY did an amazing job on my feet. If I could give 10 stars I would.
First time there and May really listened to what I asked for. Loved how my nails came out! She took her time and did awesome. The test is to see if they last and don’t break. I’ll be back if they don’t. Fantastic experience.

They were so accommodating even though they were busy and we didn’t have an appointment. Get Tracy if you can, she’s fast and precise! Will be coming back!

Amazingly polite. I called in without an appointment and the woman who answered didn’t rush me off the phone and gave me an accurate depiction of wait times.
Her phone mannerism inspired the review. I’m looking forward to visiting them in the future.

Finally went in today for our appt and it was amazing. We were greeted upon arriving and were told to pick out a color and let them know what we wanted. We had the whole place to ourselves since there was 5 of us girls getting our nails done. We got seated for our pedicures and they offered us snacks and drinks while we were there. I got the mani pedi gel for $ 50 dollars and a couple of the other girls got regular pedis and gel acrylic nails which was around the same price. The people that work there are super nice and do amazing work. Everyone in my party loved there nails and we plan on making this a monthly thing!

Ive found my new habit! Visited this place for the first time today and Vicky and Jenny are the best! They did a beautiful job and both were very sweet.

This place is amazing… seriously NOT ONE NAIL LIFT in three weeks. Having pedi and fill done today. Not to mention their extensive array of nail polish… Beautiful gel colors (over 100 to choose from) and regular nail polish (OPI, China glaze, etc.) #yesjustYES Ask for Jenny for pedi and Vicky for nails!

I have been going to the same nail salon for years when they actually burned my skin with the callous remover. I decided that it’s time for me to try a new salon and I am so glad I did! This place is so great. Clean and friendly. Jenny worked on my mani and pedi and was extremely friendly. She offered me something to drink and made sure I was always comfortable. It’s nice when the technician knows your name providing that great customer service. I will be making future appointment with them! Can’t wait!

2^nd time going today. Got a Polish change it was $ 6 good price. My nails came out good but after drying they ended up getting bubbles in a couple of the nails. They gladly fixed it and took their time I left happy.

First time here and I met Jenny.
She was very detailed and took her time.
Sad to say it had been awhile since I had a pedicure so I got the Golden Spa treatment to spoil my feet a little.
Cleaned, trimmed, scrubbed and massaged my feet til they looked and felt like new.
I will be coming back again, just a lot sooner.

I have found my nail spot! They do SNS nails and I am a big fan of it!!! Nancy has been doing my nails and she does a lovely job! They have lots of colors to choose from too!

Thank you Jennifer for doing such a great job on my nails! I LOVE THEM! Full set of acrylic pink & white + manicure + gel coat for only $ 45 is very reasonable.

I went today for my first time because of their really good ratings. I was taken care of by Vicky. I went in with almost new acrylic nails and I asked her to take them all off and give me a gel manicure. She was completely patience with the process and did a wonderful job. I absolutely love the turnout of my nails!
The nail salon itself is extremely clean &I organized. The staff in general are very friendly.
The gel manicure was $ 20 and to remove my acrylic nails she charged me $ 5. Overall I think the pricing is reasonable.
I’m definitely going back & I recommend this place to everyone.

Anthony glad to hear from you. First I need you to take a breath and put your defenses down. I’ve noticed from your other responses to other Unilocalers that you are very passionate and overly defensive when you don’t get a 5 star rating. I’m glad you’ve stepped up but it’s a little too harsh at times. Like with me for example. Now I’m going to explain why.
1) 4 out of 5 because it good but wasn’t perfect. That should’ve been obvious that I’m not a «competitor» because I gave a 4 out of 5 stars. So I hope you are not accusing me of that. Otherwise I would’ve made it much worse with 1 star and just bashing. Which of course is unethical.
2) I was already late for work so I trust everything was done correctly and neatly. As it should be.
3) Using 3 exclamation marks and question marks and all caps are very excessive and belittling to reviewers. We can read and understand just fine without having to be yelled at, which that is how it reads. Even if you didn’t use all caps all the time. That will also steer current and future Unilocalers not to come or write future reviews.
4) I don’t need my $ 5 back because she was very gentle and kind. She might need to take a little more time to make sure the lines are more straight but other than that it’s great. You might already know who it is so I won’t point her out fear of you «sending her back to technician school for polish lessons». Saying she/​he doesn’t deserve the tip is very harsh.
5) Thank you for giving me my itemizing my purchase list. You shouldn’t say more than that.
6) All I was saying is nobody wants to pay any extra fee. You as a customer should agree too. Even if it’s only a dollar. Happy customers why tip more or better if they are even happier not having to pay extra and come in more. Just saying. Yes that 100% for them I get that. But also in retrospect you will have more appointments and walk ins. I tipped $ 5 each because it was just the right thing to do, if there was a protocol for that I didn’t know. Also I’ve never said anything about hidden fees. The «whoa» only meant I didn’t realizes how much it racked up in total. Just like going grocery or clothing shopping and grabbing things that wasn’t on the list and heading to the cashier to realize how much you took. Not saying you stuck it to me.
7) Clue*: *It was barely over week* and 5 of my clear gel is peeling a little from the cuticles side. As I said at first «no where is perfect» so I’m ok with that.

Overall your first 3 sentences to me was really all you need to say. The rest was just plain insulting. Truth be told, I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon or ever. Don’t blame that on the girls it wasn’t them. Everything I’ve just mentioned is only my opinion, take it if you will. Your business still deserve a good rating. I do wish all businesses thrive. Especially mom’s and pop’s.

What an awesome place! I saw that it had good reviews on Unilocal so I decided to try it out… Come to find out the reviews are true
I made an appointment at 6, I came in about 15 minutes early and they attended me about 5 minutes after I got there.
It was very neat and clean they have some videos playing to watch while you are being served. It’s quiet and comfortable, there’s not a lot of chit chatter between the employees. They have water, soda, coffee for their customers also.
The sweet lady that helped me by the name of Vicki was very kind and made fun conversation, she made me feel welcomed and made sure i was comfortable. I got a gel fill and a broken nail fixed.
She was VERY attentive with my nails and took her time. It was awesome. I love love love my nails. They look way nicer than the last time I had got them.
I will definitely coming back and scheduling an appointment with Vicki.

Top service. Everyone is nice and professional. They take there time with you feet and your hands. Tony gave me a superb treatment on my feet. I usually do not care for men doing my treatments. But Oh! My, Tony made me look at men doing my treatment different.
Jenny who did my feet was a perfectionist as well. Very nice and wanted to make sure that I was pleased. She also was telling me all the services they offer.
Their so kind to the elderly when the cinema in for treatment. Their patient and the listen to their needs.
They offer you cold beverage for free.

First time here and it was a great experience! They really take care of their customers and are very friendly. They asked me several times how it looked, if everything was okay, and asked if I wanted to drink anything.
Sterile packs of tools, which is a big plus! And they clean the tubs and chairs after every person, which is another huge plus! $ 37 for mani/​pedi with gel polish for mani. And my nails look great! Thank you!
