I am very happy with the overall experience of Shanta’s services; they did an excellent job with cleaning our selected rooms that include the office, break room and restrooms. They provide their own cleaning equipment, so that’s a huge plus. The cleaners are friendly and are open to work with you to help achieve your desired cleanliness.

This was just a nightmare. My tenant left and I hired Shanta’s cleaning for a full move out clean. I told them they need to clean cobwebs, baseboards and «spot clean on the walls». They charged extra for that. They didn’t do any of that — they didn’t even try to do any of that. Just take a look at the pictures and you decide. And this is not ‘I missed a spot’ — this is ‘I didn’t even touch’.
I texted the manager and let her know I was not happy with the service. I also sent her pictures and she said «spoke with my team and most of the areas were scrubbed and would not get any better… as we spoke about prior to booking we arent a restoration but a cleaning company and therefore not everything would be able to be brought back.» Restoration? Wowza!
I kept telling the manager to come take a look at the place. She was too busy to do that. This is just wrong!
