Terraza Del Sol Apt Homes

We are new residents at Terraza Del Sol and we like the apartments very much! It’s very peaceful and quiet and the other residents seem polite and respectful. The leasing staff is very nice. I’d definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area. The attached garage is also a big plus! It’s very spacious and convenient.

This place is so funny. All this curb appeal and the worst customer service, I’m even shocked and I laughed when I walked out.
I came to view the apartment with my husband, not even for ourselves but for my mom. As soon as we walked in it looked like a house party with about 10 teens playing pool and making out on the couches. We were looking around trying to find an adult, there was a older black guy in his office, my husband asked if we should have a seat and his words exactly «well what do you need» I was so shocked that I had to ask my husband if that’s what I really heard. He said yeah and I told my mom were leaving and we’re not going to give this place a glimpse even.
They can’t even treat prospective customers with respect.

Renter beware this place is a joke. They are very nice until you move in then it all changes. When we moved in a couple of months ago it took weeks to get out keys to the apartment. I rented the apartments with 2 other family member but moved out a month later and informed the office of this they had me complete the paperwork and they said they would get the other 2 roommates to sign. I called back a couple of days later and was told they had got it signed then yesterday I got a call for the rent payments asked who this was and was informed that one of the guys never signed the form and told the lady I had called and they had assured me that I had been taken off the lease. That was not true. I give my 30 days notice yet again and was informed that all people on the lease need to sign the paper I explained to Judy that one the guys move out of state and I do have contact with him. She said she needed to talk to Alex the property manager this is the standard answer for everything it seems like the girls in the front don’t know anything without Alex… This a joke I would think twice about this renting at this place because they lie and tell you what you want to hear until you move in.

Lousy parking for residents and visitors… Want an extra parking space or garage… $ 100.00. Disrespectful neighbors including their kids. No enforcement of rules by management. One car garage too small. I do not recommend this apartment complex. Glad I moved!!!

Moved in August. Karissa made our move-​in easy and headache free. Staff has changed since then except for Alex, who is also friendly.
Pool area is clean, there is a putting green, and gym (very small). Parking situation can improve w/​better enforcement.
Quiet complex, beautiful landscaping.
All major appliances included and an attached garage.
Events every month for the residents, this is a great program and rare to have.
