Just OK. The Chinese food looked… old.
We had the Hawaiian food and ordered the seafood mix which comes with fried shrimp, fried mahi mahi, and bbq chicken. We also ordered spam musubi.
It’s hard to mess up spam musubi, so that was OK.
The seafood mix… also ok. Nothing spectacular. It wasn’t bad… just not great.

Hawaiian Grill is similar to L&L, but offers Chinese food as well. I had the Seafood combination which is fried shrimp, fried mahi-​mahi, and bbq chicken. Surprisingly it was not a greasy mess with all the fried-cardio-no-no’s.
Also, the place has 2 flat panel TV’s with HD, so it makes a good lunch break area to wind down a bit.

The hawaiian food ive gotten before is good and ill go back.
The last time i went i ordered some spicy shrimp off the asian menu and the flavor was very very good but i couldnt eat them. They still had the heads, tails. vanes and not peeled. It was to much of a pain in the ass. So i thru it away and went to burgerking for lunch.

Interesting little stop for a quick bite. Convenient and simple menu, your standard Hawaiian gill, no frills, no thrills… the kind you will find all over Hawaii. The food is tasty and the usual basic, it’s alittle on the pricy side, but the do serve large portions. Staff are not too bright and no very accommodating…“ABSOLUTELY NO subsitution”. Once you get over that, the food is worth a return trip.

This restaurant offers that Hawaiian style lunch plate meals. When you go inside, you’ll find two separate windows to order Hawaiian dishes, and another for Chinese dishes. I say go for the Hawaiian window. The store is called Waikiki Hawaiian Grill for a reason.
I love their BBQ dishes. Has that good Hawaiian like taste to it. Non of that terikayki too sweet sauce all over the plate. They’ll give you the sauce on the side which I said to myself «thank God!!». Their garlic shrimp is pretty good, too.
