I enjoy seeing the variety of merchandise, but my experience today really soured me on the place. I was interested in a bronze piece, and asked the lady if they could do better on the price. She said«no”— that was their best price. Then she said she thought it had not been marked correctly in the first place, and that she needed to change the price(to a higher amount). «This is your last chance to get it at that price» were her next words. Seriously??? I was not born yesterday.

No stars from me. The owner let me think she was interested in some of the items from my parent’s condo. She would not send someone to preview them. I sent pictures, as requested. Was told which items were of interest. When the truck and driver came to pick them up, NOT only was she wrong about whether the items would be properly wrapped, he determined that almost nothing was of interest. If I had known that two months ago, I could have continued to search for another shop. I don’t live near, this is a difficult time because of the deaths of my parents. Patty, the owner led me on. I can’t believe the reviews that indicate otherwise. She may have written them, herself. Caveat vendor et emptor!

Horrible horrible experience, they scheduled a pick up and then sent some Mexican who said the furnishings were badly damaged. Why they would schedule a pick up in the first place is beyond me! What an unprofessionally run business. The things in the store are JUNK, I would NEVER recommend This snotty place and stupid people!

Most of the consignment places are similiar except for space. What makes Cargo exceptional and different is they keep your stuff there until it sells without constantly dropping the price or having you pick up some of your«older» items. I had art, etc at another well known recently moved place and accidently discovered the sub-culture involving those folks that frequent places that they are«friendly» with. Basically, it works this way. either the regular/known buyer comes in or is notified by the facility that a some piece has come in and they believe it can get sold for some ridiculous below reserve price. The naïve consignor doesn’t know about this«underground business» and thinks they are getting a «deal.»(Similiar to the wine auctioneers.) Keep in mind the store makes no money unless they are turning over their free inventory. We found Cargo to be the most honorable at fairly pricing our items and calling us if they had an offer below our reserve. We applaud their integrity for not taking advantage of us

Great shop lots of goddies very busy store and good range of prices. Patti the owner is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with pricing our consignments. She also came across very honest and knows here clientele. I would highly recommend this store for buying our selling. Very no nonsense place as they are very busy with lots of repeat customers.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for unique pieces, this is the place to shop! Cargo is a very large store with wonderful, exotic finds. Prices range from high(very big pieces-as would be expected) to very reasonable for most items. I have purchased many items here which were all in my(middle) price range. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Sheryl is my «go to person» and when she is not there, Julie helps me. I don’t know why the other review would say negative things about Cargo team person, because in my 10 – 15 times shopping at Cargo, I have the highest regard for their assistance and courtesy. Love, love Cargo!

This is an incredible treasure trove. I decorated much of my new desert home here. I bought a drop dead Kreiss sideboard for $ 500. A glass dining table, end table, night stands. Will work with you on the best price they can sell it. I also gave them some of the old furniture that was in the condo and every month checks appear. Much easier than donating.

WOW! Beautiful store with so many treasures, beautiful high end pieces. I would love to buy here, but it is out of my price range. Wish I could though…

This place is enormous! Prices are fair and on par with other consignment stores in the area. There is something for everyone here. Bought a beautiful Heywood Wakefield console table in excellent condition for under $ 1,000. Similar pieces sell in the thousands on Beverly Blvd. in LA.

Friendly service, jam packed with quality furniture. Ask for a reduction on things that have been sitting in the store for a while. I furnished my living room with great pieces at a fraction of the cost of what they would have been priced new. Easy delivery service available on site. This is one of three consignment shops that I consider a must.

Big. That’s the word that kept coming to mind as I browsed this place. The building is huge, and it is jam-packed with stuff. There was always another room to explore. There were also a lot of big items. If you’ve got large rooms, this is the place to go for huge light fixtures, long sofas, and giant planters. Because I live in an apartment, I skipped a lot of the items because they were simply too big for my space. I did, however, catch a very reasonable price tag on a beautiful white leather sofa. If only I didn’t already have a nice sofa(and already have a dog who would destroy a white leather one). I could see an HGTV designer having fun shopping here for a makeover show. But for me, the apartment dweller with a modest income, there wasn’t much I could work with.

Wow, nothing of value & way, way, way overpriced. Plus the people are not nice at all… I’m sad just thinking about it!
