Best doctor I’ve ever had. This guy really cares about your heath, treats you like you should be treated. His staff is top notch. I can’t say enough good things.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carr for over 5 years and my overall health has never been better. I have been on his BHRT for 5 years and have lost weight, have more energy, and my blood pressure is now in the normal range. I am as physically active as I was in my late 20s thanks to following Dr. Carr’s health plan he developed for me. His staff is top notch, very experienced and always puts the patient first. Many of my friends have been long time patients of Dr. Carr and they would agree that Dr. Carr made a positive change to their overall health! I have been experiencing all aspects of the menopausal symptoms, hot flashes, weight gain, lack of energy, depression coupled with other personal issues. Nothing unusual, however after 3 years, I have had enough. As many of you know, it’s like a roller coaster, you want to feel better, but you lack the energy and motivation and become more depressed. I was referred to Dr. Carr from a plastic surgeon, another great Doctor. I was reluctant because I just wanted an instance transformation, but I kept the appointment. Dr. Carr not only is an expert in his field, but he has an amazing bedside manner. In addition his office is unassuming, intimate and comfortable. His staff is extremely down to earth friendly and it is a NO Pressure zone.
Ladies, if you’re struggling with menopause and/​or extra weight, just go and see him, I promise you will feel better. He shares his knowledge and explains it in a way that makes perfect sense. He doesn’t try and talk you into anything, he is just passionate of wanting people to understand how hormones play such a huge role in achieving optimal efficiency as well as how we feel.

he prescribed me thyroid medication and said i had an under active thyroid and i got really sick from it and still struggling he is definitively gonna suffer from it he knowingly did it too and basically tried to kill me i thought i was gonna die for months because of him he needs to be out of practice and NOW!!!

I continue to be immensely pleased with the care I have received from Hormonal Health and Agining (Dr. Carr’s practice). My health and well being has improved dramatically since begiinning the bioidentical hormone régime, and Dr. Carr’s expertise in thyroid disorders has gotten my thyroid running optimally – and helped me lose a total of over 100 pounds. Dr. Carr’s accessibility, willingness to answer completely and thoroughly all my questions, and his patience with my insatiable curiosity has helped me to become increasingly educated about the role of hormones in every system of the body. I know that being hormonally balanced is far preferable to taking a handful of prescription medications every day. I travel from NC to Southern CA to be a patient in this practice; several of my friends have seen the drastic improvement in my health and are now also travelling with me to be patients of Dr. Carr. He is responsive to the problems I have had with his office staff, and my research on the topic leads me to the conclusion that Dr. Carr’s professional fees are far more reasonable than most of the BHRT experts on either coast. I know he works hard to keep costs in check so that patients of modest means can afford hormonal/​age management medicine care.
