This place is a life saver. It’s Easter Sunday at 10:21pm and everywhere is closed except Papa Johns on Randallstown. The guy on the phone was patient and I am happy I have my pizza with me.

This is the only Papa John’s near me sadly, that delivers. There are Pros and Cons and here they are:
Pro:
1. Their customer service is actually very good. They made a mistake on my order and corrected it with offering me a free pizza which was nice.
2. The staff is calm and friendly
3. The pizza gets to you at a good time and is always hot.
Cons:
1. The shop location needs more parking
2. The shop needs to be updated
3. The cashiers can be slow at times!

I’ve never had a problem with this location until this evening. I call and place the order and before i could finish, the girl just hung up on me. I took it as a «dropped call» but when I called back they didn’t answer. I could totally understand if I were rude and nasty but I was very polite. It’s fine. I like Domino’s better. This place won’t receive any more of my money.

I made the mistake of going here for pizza 5÷7÷2014. I have never seen a dysfunctional, nasty business like this one. Kids that were working there, standing around eating pizza, young men working, with there under wear showing, and the deal breaker was one of the young men that was making pizza, had food on the side of his mouth, and the supervisor told him to wipe his mouth, he wiped it with his hand, and continued making pizza. Baltimore County health department, will be getting a phone call ASAP.
