We went for dinner tonight for my Mom’s birthday. We were 16 people. We were given a long table at the back of the room. I did call that morning to reserve the area. It felt like we had a private space The service was great. The food was wonderful. My 90 year old Mom was so happy as were all of us. I would highly recommend this for a crowd.

I’ve never been dissapointed by a Bertucci’s, and this spot sort of fits that bill. Bar is nice, ambiance is on point with the Bertucci’s fire oven as a backdrop for a nice selection of food. One minor complaint is the dining area situation. Its central and very dark. Sort of reminds me of a buffet rather than a restaurant. Still, the food is good, reasonable, and reliable.

Recently moved near this area and this Bertucci’s in Randolph has become my go to place. Service, atmosphere, food and wine are excellent. Very friendly young wait staff that care about servicing their customers.

Significantly understaffed –I felt bad for the servers. The bartender had to keep leaving the bar to take care of tables in the dining area.

We actually found Betucci’s driving by at the Andover, MA location. Our first time the food was pretty good we ordered a pizza, a salad and a winter sangria. The salad could have been a little fresher(olives tasteless) but it was ok. The overall was a decent experience and so we tried ordering for delivery a different pizza, salad and the Bertucci’s sampler. Again the pizza was good, salad great but the appetizer was terrible very disappointing. Then we gave it a third shot and ordered some pizza, their chicken domani and a sandwich. Again the pizza was good, sandwich was good but the chicken domani very disappointing… ALSO they forgot one of the items I paid for. Anyway, that being said their pizza I’d say it’s a pretty safe order(maybe just ask for extra cheese) but anything else good luck! Service was good though… place was pretty busy on a Friday night.

We go to this Bertucci’s maybe 1 – 2 times a month with about 8 – 15 people. We always ask for the same waitress, Liz. We absolutely love her. She knows we go to the movies every time we are there and she already knows our names and what we even like to drink. The food here is always yummy and comes out super fast. The manager even gives us coupons to come back again and again. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and I just adore our waitress. she’s fantastic! We’ve thought about going some other places for dinner… But, we just like our waitress waaaay too much!

I’m not a huge fan of Bertucci’s, but I’ve always found their food to be consistent. If you stick with the staples, you really can’t go wrong. Personally, I am a fan of their balsamic chicken and the basic cheese pizza. Boring, I know; but, is it really possible to screw those up? Not in particular. You actually have to try to do it. Anyway, my in-laws invited us there one evening to catch up since we hadn’t seen them in awhile. We were promptly seated in the back of the restaurant as if we were in time-out whereas the rest of the restaurant sat empty. Our server was nice, but she was very soft-spoken and actually a little hard to hear. I ventured off the basic menu and ordered the barbecue shrimp gorgonzola pizza topped with arugula. Hubs had chicken parm and I can’t remember what my in-laws had. The food came out fast and fresh, but my pizza was missing gorgonzola and was topped with what was equivalent to the arugula garden. Definitely disappointing. The pizza wasn’t bad, but definitely not what I expected. However, had I stuck with balsamic chicken or basic cheese pizza, I probably wouldn’t have been disappointed. So, I’ll chalk it up to just a fluke. On the positive side, the restaurant is always clean and the staff has always been friendly.

Individual pizza with chicken, broccoli, no cheese and extra sauce. Very yummy!!! My friend and I couldn’t remember if the complimentary salad ended at 3pm or 4pm, so we asked and our waitress and she said 3pm(we got there around 3:30pm). When she came back to take our order she said there was one more salad left that was just going to go to waste and we could have it if we wanted. I thought it was extremely good customer service on her part, and much appreciated!

It’s a franchise. That’s all you can really say about it. Oddly enough I ordered the Frutti De Mare and it was not that bad. The muscles were crispy and over cooked but the broth was very flavorful and the haddock was cooked to perfection. The drinks are pricy for a beer but its what you expect from this franchise. The service was fantastic our waitress was berg friendly. It was a slow Monday night we were actually the only table in there at one point but the server was not slacking off. She was attentive and helpful. I will honestly be back and I don’t typically go to franchises. Oh and by the way. LOVETHEBREADANDTHEPIZZA!

I came in here after work Monday night 1⁄28 and the place was DEAD. The weather was dreadful which was probably why. My boyfriend and I got sat right away. Our server who I also think was the bartender waited on us. She was great! I got the eggplant parm with green beans. It was pretty terrible. The bread is of course spectacular! Who doesn’t love Bertucci’s bread? I hope to give it another chance soon!

Like other reviewers, I am generally a fan of Bertucci’s if only for it’s reliability, but the location did indeed seem off. It was crazy busy when we arrived so that didn’t help, but the cleanliness seemed lacking as well. There was a girls’ birthday party in one area that we didn’t notice until they sang happy birthday so, with the tables moved around, maybe that’s why the place seemed messy. The girls were not rowdy so that wasn’t an issue. Our server was pleasant enough, but a little slow. Finally, my dinner was awful and I rarely think my food is «bad.» I had the chicken domani and the sauce was water – water that soaked my breaded chicken and my overcooked pasta. The whole thing was bland and mushy. I don’t think I’ll be back this particular location.

I am a fan of Bertucci’s, but the Randolph location not so much. Love their doughy rolls, but it is better w/butter than the olive oil w/red pepper flakes that they give you. I guess they have to jump on the bandwagon with all the other Italian restaurants that are doing that. We got the Antipasto Sampler to start– Mozzarella Fritta, Tuscan Chicken Wings, & Meatballs. Everything was hot & fresh except the meatballs; they were cold. After we told the waitress, the manager took it off our bill. THANKGOD! For our entrees, I got the Shrimp Rossini-Sautéed shrimp in a tomato cream sauce, capers and a hint of hot pepper, with spaghetti. This was a little blah. it needed a little something to go it. My husband got the Baked Tortellini & Chicken Gratinati-Tri-color tortellini tossed with chicken, tomatoes, cream, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheese baked in a casserole. He said it was delicious, it was pipng hot to the last bite. The waitress was really nice, so I can’t blame her for the appetizer being cold.

I love Bertucci’s the way a crackhead loves crack. But this location is meh. I came in by myself on a Friday evening before meeting friends for movies. I ordered a glass of red wine, a caesar salad, and the chicken marsala, because they were out of veal parm. Before I go further allow me to explain the place was ¼ full. I have seen it busier at lunch time. My server was just mediocre. Im not sure if she was tired or if she always sucks but I was disappointed. Also, a table of four was seated by me and the manger came out, acknowledged them, joked with the kids, brought them oil and butter and complteley ignored me. Come on rookie, would it have killed you to crack a smile or bring me bread as well? I mean, you’re getting it from the same place, right? My server finally comes out with my rolls and I proceed to eat and stfu. I dont get my glass of wine until after my caesar salad. Porque? i did not specify I wanted the wine with my dinner so did she forget? Probably. I started paying attention to how she interacted with her other tables and she was on them. I guess I got overlooked because I was only one cover? Not cool. My meal finally comes out and she asks if I needed anything. I responded: parmesan, please. She says ok. I then proceed to watch her make multiple trips in & out of kitchen, serving bread, meals, oil, take out containers. Not a parmesan shaker in sight. I then stare at her in hopes of cathcing her eye and when she finally saw me she looked like ’ oh sh**’ and brought out the parmesan. Everyone has a bad day but if Im not getting a discount on my bill, then don’t discount my service. If I find myself at Bertuccis again I will sit at the bar.

I had the eggplant veggie appetizer. It was a bit salty for my taste. The rolls are typically ok but this last visit they were kind of yeasty… Meh Meh Meh… Probably taking a break from Bertucci’s for awhile.(I also want to note the last time I came here the pizza was quite burnt at the bottom.) This was another unsatisfied time at the«Tuccis»…

I usually like Bertucci’s restaurants, they are an Italian brick oven pizza chain, that also serves pasta dishes and salads, I took my Dad early on New years Eve, so the place was not crowded. The waitress was slow and incompetent. She wound up dropping a tray of drinks on another table, which was a fiasco. She was young, so maybe she was nervous. But the issue was that the place was infested with those little fruit flies. I mean they were everywhere, food and floating in my beer. It was disgusting. I mentioned it to the waitress, who mentioned it has been a problem. I also quietly mentioned it to the manager. She acknowledged it has been an ongoing issue. I e-mailed management at Betuccis and never received a response. It seems they are not customer service focused. Never again.

We got here at like 3:15 on a Monday. After seeing Despicable Me in 3-D, we were craving some italian goodness. Totally dead inside. We had the cutest waitress who was super friendly and helpful and gave us extra bread/butter for my Mom to take to the aiport with her that day. It’s Bertucci’s, you know what to expect, but I like being happily surprised :)
