Just got my nails done. This place is a hidden gem. They came out amazing. And the guy that did my nails was so nice. Sorry I don’t remember his name. I’m definitely going back. Just amazing.

All of my friends come here to get their nails done and I don’t know why I haven’t yet but I’m glad I finally gave this place a try. From what I heard, they just recently got a new owner this pass summer. Everyone here is so welcoming, when they sat me down they make sure I got everything I need and even offer me drinks while I wait. Helen was amazing she will make sure you walk out of that door fabulous! My cuticles are fully cut off. She did a very nice job getting rid of them. I’ve never seen my toes and nails so neat and clean. I recommend making an appointment so you don’t have to wait, parking is nice and easy right in front of the shop. The only problem is you can easily miss the place when you drive by, this place is defiantly a hidden gem and I’m glad my friend recommend it to me.

Dissatisfied … I got my nails done… and I was overcharged for something I could of done myself… next time I will save my money and go elsewhere. Plus my nails were thick n not how I asked… I’m.highly upset and wish I never paid for a poorly manicured job. Save your money and go elsewhere. Trust me they are horrible and will Rob you of your money

I loved this place ever since it was pc&t nails, every time I’m in town I stop by. They just need more gel colors is all.

I used to live in Randolph, so I’ve tried most of the nail salons there. Other than convenience, I didn’t like any of them and never went back. I decided to give Sophia’s a try because I was visiting my parents and wanted to get a mani-pedi. I had acrylics from about 2 weeks before that were now ugly and I wanted off. I called around 5:30 and they said I could come in at 6:30. The salon is very small– 2 pedi chairs and 3 mani chairs– and not many color selections. Luckily I brought my own colors. The owner’s wife did my pedicure and she was good, but the pedicure was probably the shortest and non-relaxing one I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other places where I’ve had nice salt scrub on my legs and a wonderful massage. This pedi lacked both and I was very disappointed. She was very helpful and patient with taking off my acrylics because they were very thick and practically fused to my fingernails. After she was done, my nails were so ugly from the damage of the acrylics that I just told her I was going to forgo the mani. She was understanding about it and put a layer of clear gel/shellac polish on my nails to make them look better. They list their mani-pedi price as $ 32, but my pedi and acrylic removal, plus shellac clear gel came out to $ 45…I should’ve asked why it came out that much, but it was already close to 8:00 at that point and I needed to run out the door. Priciest salon visit I’ve ever had. The owner and his wife are nice, but I won’t be back. My favorite part of a nail trip is the pedi and I didn’t enjoy this one at all.
