I went to the Regional Urgent Care at 1303 N. Lacrosse Street, Rapid City, SD. The front desk lady was quick, professional, and personable. Devon Graham, PA-​C and Jackie, RN were wonderful. I had a rather embarrassing situation, and they were kind and professional. They used hand sanitizer and gloves. Jackie took a fairly thorough medical history, which is good because I’ve never been to Regional Health before, and bad medical things can happen when the medical team doesn’t know you. They made me feel better about my situation emotionally as well as taking care of the medical problem, and I was in and out in 45 minutes from start to finish, yet I did not feel rushed. I’ve been in waiting rooms that long before being called in, so I appreciate that. They had a Keurig in the waiting room, which was good because I needed the sugar. Overall, I was very impressed.
