Had a very pleasant easy time at this Uhaul. Easy to drive into, storage was easily accessible. The staff was very professional and helpful. By far the best Uhaul I’ve been to in awhile!

When you call the 605 number from w Google search you are not directed to the local store, instead you are directed to the corporate reservation line. From there I got a quote for a trailer hitch. They told me I would have everything I need for the price they were quoting but then called the next day and said it didn’t include the wiring or ball hitch that I needed so added $ 180 to the price…
When I complained they never apologized or admitted I was misled, they simply kept reiterating the correct price.
My move schedule did not allow me to purchase elsewhere or I would have.
Despite the fact I was waiting with 3 small kids they made no effort to install quickly as possible.
We dropped the car off and took the kids. When we arrived back, nobody was working on the car and the guy assigned to install it was helping another customer even though there were 3 other people at the desk. He acknowledged me and said he was almost done. A hour later an agent told me he was done and rolling the car out and charged my credit card… however when I looked into the garage not only was he not taking my car down but he was also still visibly not done. 15 minutes after we paid and told are car was done we are still here waiting.
If I was not under a time constraint I would not have even purchased my hitch here and would have patronized a locally owned business.
