Buckman’s Ski and Snowboard Shop

This winter I got back into snowboarding again after years away. I’m so glad I came to Buckman’s. In particular, Robin in the snowboarding dept has been really helpful with a bunch of requests I had. I’d def recommend them, the customer service is great.

This review is long overdue. In January I was having great difficulty locating a Spyder Pinnacle Jacket in the Black/​Rage/​Rage color scheme. After walking into countless ski shops and calling a dozen online retailers I finally got a tip from Spyder that Buckman’s might have one. After my inquiry, I received a quick response from «Mary Beth» in customer service.
was the only online retailer that called me back and offered to special order my Jacket. Mary Beth even called me and verified that I’d receive my Pinnacle Jacket in time for my Vail ski trip. Buckman’s went far out of their way to get me the exact product I wanted, and on time. Buckman’s has become my go-​to online retailer for ski apparel.

I went looking for a hard to find binding and stumbled across
. I was a little hesitant to order from a company I had never heard of (I live in Colorado) but couldn’t be happier. After a little confusion on shipping (my billing address didn’t match my shipping address – fraud protection efforts) they went out of their way to help me get my item in time for an up coming trip.
I can’t speak for their local shops but can only imagine it would be as great as the experience I had ordering from them on-​line.

Even though I cannot speak for the other Buckman’s locations in Pennsylvania, this one has great customer service with experts ready to answer all types of questions.
