I called them on a Friday and requested a tech to come to my house to transfer data from my old desktop to my new computer and to wipe the data from my old computer so I could recycle it.
I was happy to find out that a tech was available the next day (Saturday) to make a house call to assist with the setup, data transfer and data wipe.
Mike the tech was incredibly knowledgeable and he helped walk me through my first introduction to Windows 8. I’m very happy with the service and the results and I definitely would call GeekChoice again. Mike is terrific.
