I sent a comforter here to be dry cleaned scheduled for a Monday pick up. I arrive to the pick up location on Wednesday and it wasn’t ready. I had to come to this location to pick it up. They said they held on to it for extra days to clean it twice. I get home and spread it over my bed and notice it doesn’t seem different from how it was when I dropped it off. I’m thinking they completely forgot to clean it at all and just charged me for holding it.
