Niji Sushi Express

How this place has ONE review is beyond me. Their sushi is always fresh, the staff that prepares it is always wonderful! The ratio of fish to rice is impeccable ! Most places in the area give you paper thin SLIVERS of fish on your sushi. They are more than happy to prepare whatever you want on their menu at the drop of a hat. I highly recommend them. This is where I get my sushi take out if I head out to eat it’s not at the establishments in reading or Stoneham/​Wakefield area the rest are simply sub par.

We have been going to Niji Sushi Express. located in in The Market Basket Reading, for quite a while now. Who needs to go into Boston for super fresh, high quality sushi? Niji will also take special orders. We love our sushi with brown rice and it is prepared to perfection. The Eel, Tuna and Salmon Nigiri is so fresh and creamy. The rolls are perfection, especially the spicy salmon roll.
Like to order off menu? No problem here. Anything your heart desires. There is pre-​made sushi ready to go and it is just as fresh as the custom ordered sushi.
Pick up a menu and be prepared to experience heaven on chopsticks. Too bad it’s not a restaurant as it would make a killing. Get past the «clean up in aisle six» and you’ll never regret it.
