worst management on the planet. do not move into a bozzuto management building unless you have money to blow on lawyers, they will steal your security deposit, just ask to see their lease in advance before you sign it. they know better to let you see it!!! horrible, horrible, horrible inhumane and 100% unaccommodating nasty nasty immature and petty management company with very little experience or capacity to manage!!! would never ever ever rent from them again! ever! bozzuto group is a nightmare!!!

As far as the living space and neighbors at Reading Commons, I have no complaints. However, Doreen(property manager), was a complete nightmare to work with. I have had many experiences with property managers and Doreen is by far the worst. One example was when I came in to the office to ask her a question. I saw that she was on the phone so, thinking she was helping another client, I politely waited in the waiting area. As the minutes passed by I realized that she wasn’t talking to another client but she had been on the phone with a friend and they were discussing what movies were playing in the movie theater. She was telling her friend to go watch the new movie«Neighbors» starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen… I couldn’t believe it! After realizing that she was on the phone with her friend I approached her desk, signaling that I would like some assistance. After giving me an annoyed look, she reluctantly got off the phone. On a more recent occasion, I just moved out of Reading Commons and was expecting at least a partial refund of my $ 500.00 deposit that I had left when I first signed the lease at Reading Commons. Doreen informed me that the $ 500 I left was actually a non-refundable«Administrative Fee» and not a Security Deposit so I was out of luck. I was a little confused because I have never rented from a company who didn’t collect a security deposit from new residents and I didn’t remember being explained this at all when I first signed. I gave Doreen the benefit of the doubt however and just asked that she scan over the page of the contract that clarified the details of this«Administrative Fee» and I would be happy. She told me she would… I have now waited 2 weeks without any response and I have called and left messages multiple times to follow up. Doreen has not answered the phone once or returned any of my voicemails. I feel completely let down! It is this experience that has prompted me to write this review. We have lived at Reading Commons for 3 years. We have paid our $ 1,700 rent bill on time every month(which is a lot of money for us) and we have taken great care of the apartment. I would expect that by doing all this, at the very least we would get a property manager who at least half-way cares about her job and the residents that she oversees. Shame on Doreen, shame on Bozzuto management company. Please be advised! I am extremely dissatisfied
