I love Sharon and her awesome talent as a colorist… she listens to what you want and makes it happen. I am super picky about my hair, and she gets it right!

I really don’t like to write anything bad about anyone, BUT I use reviews to help me find good eats, places to go and services, and I used the below reviews to make mine, so the public deserves to know how my experience was. I made a last minute(7 hours before) appointment to get my hair blowout and hot ironed for a television show we were filming. Well, it only took five minutes for David to show me how much he needs to seriously get his act together, because he has some issues to address personally and professionally. As for my hair blowout and hot iron… Well, I do a BETTER job at blowing my own hair, and when he was asked to fix a curl/wave, not even the whole back of my head of frizz that I still had, he got defensive and told me to don’t even bother paying(which I did not) and just go, so I turned right around and left! The way he spoke to me and treated me was just way too much for me to handle in a mature way, so I left. Like all the others before me, because the place was dead, and now I know why! I went to get my make-up done down the street at Wistera, and the girls there all knew about him and his issues. And on another note, he tried to sell me a Keratin treatment, and got bothered with me when I told him I had no interested to have straight hair all the time, and asked me «then why are you getting your hair blownout tonight?» Really!?! He definitely gets a BIG zero from me, and the only reason he got one star is, because I had to leave one!!! If you want beautiful hair, go across the street to see David from the Schwartz Salon!!!

Want cheap? Go to the Mall. Then go to David and have him try to fix it. He cuts my entire family. Son(8). Daughter(7). Myself & wife. Great atmosphere. Fair price.

A hip Red Bank, NJ establishment. A little on the pricey side for a men’s cut(at least when I used to wear my hair short) but I know several women who swear by this place for both cuts and color. Make sure you bring cash or a checkbook since they do not have a credit card machine.
