Fashion Nails

I have been going to Fashion Nails for 12 years. The service is exceptional. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. The salon is immaculate and Wendy Kim the owner is wonderful. I always leave there with a beautiful manicure or pedicure. I have been to other salons over the years this one is the absolute best!

Before leaving Ohio for vacation I had my nails done with a gel manicure. While on my trip one of my gel nails completely came off. I stopped in to ask if they could just fix the one nail. A very polite young lady found a close match and fixed me up within minutes. And she didn’t charge me hardly anything! This place was also very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Wow. Walked in here because it was almost empty-​as below comment, I really should have known. I went in for a mani/​pedi and was taken care of nicely. However, they ONLY PLAY the Christian radio station and it is absolutely horrendous. When I get my nails done I like to relax not listen to someone preaching. Anyhow, I asked the ladies who worked there if they chose the station and they said no, unfortunately it is a rule by the owner that they must leave that on at all times (how horrible!) Now to the really bad part, there are NO SIGNS what so ever claiming you must pay in cash. Of course it’s standard to tip in cash but I did not have the full amount on me. They noted they have an ATM in the back so I used that, only for it to shut down and not dispense the correct amount of money (yet still charge me for it). They told me sorry and I would have to leave to go to another ATM so I did. Seems like such a weird place and I would never go back.

Recently came here for a manicure and pedicure. I should have known when the place was totally empty that was a bad sign. On the positive side the girls working there were super nice but on the negative side it was very expensive, the one massage chair they put me in didn’t work (remember I was the only customer so why put me in the one broken chair), and my manicure began peeling after less than a week.

We love fashion nails! We’ve been going there since they opened years ago, and they always do a great job. Very clean, efficient, with a friendly staff.
