The best liquor store in the red bank area, which isnt saying much. Tremendous beer selection, but for such a large store, I found their wine variety to be disappointing. Too much bs wine– ie yellow taill, Rex Goliath, Woodbridge, Carlo rossi, etc. Some of the more obscure bottles I was looking for– cannanou, good malbecs, non-Ruffino Chiantis etc were non existent or there was just one brand which was 5 – 10 more than wegmans, joe canals or Costco. Four stars for the beer selection Two for the wine options Three+ stars for the alcohol selection

This is our main liquor shop. The prices are great for the area, and they have a reasonably good selection. They did run out of pumpkin beer this year though. That made me sad. But any place that carries the specialty dogfish head brews is great in my book. I hate hunting for those, but here it’s guaranteed they will be chilling, waiting for me. I noticed they have an awesome holiday section set up too, with fancy bottles and a range of prices perfect for presents when you have no clue what to get someone. Well, they will love this stuff!

I LOVE this place. First of all its huge which equals great selection in every single category but especially beer. This place has all the seasonal brews and a TON of hard to find beers. I’m like a kid in a candy store when I walk into this place and I will always go back.

When you first drive into their large parking lot the store front looks dated, but as the old saying goes don’t judge a book by it’s cover. When I first walked into the store I became a little overwhelmed because the store was ridiculously large with so many choices of everything. The store is literally the size of a modern supermarket with aisles and aisles of alcohol. They really have an extensive beer section. My goal was to find a bottle of wine for the evening and they also have an extensive wine selection. Their prices are really very competitive, not over priced and they are pretty busy. Since the store is so big there were a lot of people in there shopping it didn’t feel crowded. I thought it was kind of funny when you see people pushing their shopping carts and they were going to town. It seems like they were grocery shopping for the week. As I was leaving I noticed that there were so many people coming and going into the store. Its obvious that they have been around a long time. It’s one of the best finds in Red Bank, NJ. I can’t wait to go back to find all the new flavored gin that is so not available in most liquor stores in NYC and other unique new spirits.

Great place. Always open on key times(for me). Great selection on all spirits but their beer and wine is second to none.

I was lucky enough to find this liquor store early in the game, while still just house hunting in the area. The store is enormous, has a huge selection of E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. alcoholic you might be trying to find, from hard liquor in unusual varieties to wine to beer, and the prices are very competitive. They have items here you would be hard pressed to find in any liquor store in NYC(I know, I tried), and the reason may be because the store is so huge, they can carry a larger inventory than anybody else. Since moving to the area and«cruising» other liquor stores, this one is still my go-to. Only minor problem: they don’t sell one Yellowtail wine variety, and it’s the one I drink lately(Tree-Free Chardonnay). But I go here for literally everything else. Try it, and I think you’ll reach the same conclusion.

Good selection of both cold and regular beer at cheap prices. By far the best one in the area and it really is as big as everyone else says in the reviews. Plus the staff were really nice and definitely knew their beer.

Such a great liquor store! They have an awesome selection of liquor, beer, and wine — plus they have sales. I recently bought a giant bottle of Stoli for under $ 35.

This is without question the best liquor store in the area. As Elaine noted this Spirits location is the size of a supermarket … why? Because it used to be the location of a supermarket. Rather than tear down the structure when the market closed, they wisely chose to convert it to its current liquor store use. Spirits has virtually everything you could imagine: all different types of beer, wine and hard liquor … honestly, everything you could possibly desire in the alcohol department.(21 years or older only please!) Additionally, as also noted in Jill’s earlier review, everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful. Shopping at Spirits is a pleasure. I guarantee you won’t leave disappointed.

This place is the size of a supermarket except it’s all alcoholic beverages. I rarely encounter a place that sells beer, wine, and hard liquor. Maybe this is normal for NJ and I was just unaware since this was my first time buying in NJ. Anyway, I stopped in just to get beer so I didn’t check out the other stuff really. Six-packs of legitimate beers(I define it as being at least one class above Budweiser) started at $ 7.99 — Sam Adams, 21st Amendment, Abita, … I was really impressed. I picked up a 6-pack of Strongbow for $ 10.99 though. Cashier was friendly and happy, making conversation with customers. I’ll consider revisiting Spirits Unlimited(which isn’t affiliated with other Spirits Unlimited in the area, according to their sign) for my alcoholic beverage needs.
