My supremely positive experience as a patient of Dr. O’Connor’s began the moment I arrived at his office and was greeted by his smiling, courteous and obliging Front Desk staff. I have been a patient of his for several months and NEVER have I witnessed the staff at the Front Desk being anything less than professional and polite.
As a practice manager for a medical office I am keenly aware of how the conduct of the staff can impact a patient’s overall experience. My encounters as a patient of his have made me marvel at Dr. O’Connor’s ability to assemble such a knowledgeable, skillful, respectful, attentive and truly genuine team from the Front Desk to the Back Office and everywhere in between.
Insofar as chiropractic and rehabilitative treatment is concerned 4 stars are not enough. I am immensely grateful to Dr. O’Connor and his staff for taking away the pain and getting me back to my work outs equipped with knowledge to help me prevent further injuries.
This practice delivers exemplary treatment and patient care in a positive and restorative atmosphere.

My son is going here for PT prior to knee surgery. John O’Connor is terrific and is steadily increasing my sons range of motion in his knee. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
My ONLY complaint is the front desk… Although the girls are VERY nice, and accommodating, they can be a bit loud, and talk about their personal lives entirely too much.
As a nurse, we try not to speak out our personal things in front of patients in a waiting room because it can look a bit unprofessional.
Like I said, VERY nice girls at the front desk, just a bit to loud and chatty.
