Slowest service I’ve had In a very long time. Took me over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. That will be the last time I stop here

Thai Dairy Queen location has made a great point to keep cleanliness a priority. Staff was busy wiping tables and picture on the wall when they weren’t assisting patrons. Austin popped by after we sat down to see if we needed anything further. We asked for water and his politeness and speed were appreciated!

Terrible. Waited forever in drive through only to be served the wrong order. Upon entering the store the get it corrected I was ignored for 10 min while I watched other peoples order get screwed. Total time for a quick drive through and 2 kids meals… 35 minutes.

Horrible service! I knew they would be closing soon so called and the manager told me u had 2 minutes to get there, wasnt hard since i was right next door, went to the drive thru and I tried to order 2 blizzards, the 2 men standing in front of the Window tried to ignore me, then one opened and said they were closed, I asked what time it was and he said 11:57, I said great I have 3 more minutes to order, but they refused service to me, absolutely horrible customer service!!! I will definitely be calling back and discussing this with the day shift manager, I understand I was very close to closing time but if your business states it closes at 12 am do not shut your doors at 11:57.

They have Orange Julius on the menu! One of the most delicious drinks EVER! I used to get these at the stand alone Orange Julius stores in the Food Courts of various malls but now they merged with Dairy Queen. Order one! You will not be disappointed!
