Thought I’d try them instead of the«big box store». Brought in my jam box which was no longer charging. A nice young man greeted me. He took it back to their tech/repair guy and returned in a couple of minutes. He said it would cost $ 99 just to open it up and look at it– obviously the guy didn’t even look at it. I thanked him and left. I had a thought the next day and went to BestBuy and got a new charging cord. It worked like new. Disappointed that this«little local store» couldn’t even take the time to problem solve. No wonder there’s never a soul in there! Not big on BestBuy but at least I can get some help there.

I have heard so many good things about Advancced Concepts around town, so I decided to take my computer in there when it had it’s latest hiccup. When I went in, I was treated professionally and promptly. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but they were very attentive right away. I was pleased with how quickly they figured out my issue. You could tell that they only hire people who know what they’re doing. I know a lot of people in this town go to Geek Squad, but I have never liked them. It seems like everything they do is $ 200 and somehow miraculously ends in the suggestion for a new computer. I’ll be back.

This place sucks. I bought my computer there, probably over priced. Took it in for service $ 30 for diagnostic review. $ 100 for clean up & removal of malware + $ 30 for removal& reinstallation of Norton. Oh big delay because no one communicated my agreement for the repairs. Very slow service unless you pay big bucks for faster service $ 75 of 2 day & $ 150 for same day. Rip off. But I must pay as they have my computer. Must be a better place out there.

Excellent. I came, they saw, they fixed. Keyboard had died. The hard drive passed on to the heavy side landfill. Part prices reasonable. I’ll be back next time I spill water on my keyboard.
