Now you know why it’s a good idea to treat your customers with honesty and respect? word of mouth gets around you may be doing great but imagine how much better you would be doing if this did not happen to me.

Pretty Darn Good. We’ve read the several reviews that are very critical of their experience. So we were prepared. We walked up to the door. A seriously big security guard opened the door and invited us in. He was quite pleasant despite the gun and his clear demeanor that he is in charge. He requested with sit down to wait for the transaction at the counter to be finished. No problem for us. Just like in a bank or pharmacy the routine is to stand back to give the person in front of you privacy. I like privacy, and appreciated the request. We went to the counter on command. Eric was the guy we dealt with. His holstered Glock was as big as the security guard’s. Eric knew everything about everything. Explained in detail about how values are determined. When I told him the spot price for gold, he looked at his computer and said it had gone up in the last hour so he could pay more. We were impressed. The security guard was quite pleasant. Sometimes you have to go with the flow and just relax. This place is really Ok.

A family-​owned business with very modest storefront who provides the best prices for precious metals, better than those we found nationwide, right here in Redding. Appreciate the ability to do face-​to-​face business, be able to call for quick advice and pricing, and be able to deal with an honest, no-​nonsense, kind, very knowledgeable, owner of the business which has an established track record for integrity within the precious metals industry. Does not matter the denomination of the transaction, Charlie provides professional service to each individual and offers his expertise should one be new to purchasing precious metal. So don’t be influenced by the lack of a slick office, it’s the knowledge, the integrity, the honesty of the person with whom you deal that matters!
