As far as going the extra mile goes, Coastal Business Solutions is as good as it gets for us. We were working the wildfires as the copy service and ran out of toner due to the remoteness of our location and the big box stores’ inability to get our product to us in time. (Thank you not so much Staples). Worse yet, it happened on a Sunday. We sent an employee into Redding, 2 hours away, while we frantically did everything we could to find anyone open and able to assist us. We were hours away from having to tell the supervisors of the firefighters that they would be unable to disseminate information to them. Providence intervened and we were able to locate one of the owners, Dave Ercolano, via phone. Although he was on a weekend away, he cut it short, met us on the way back and got us handled.
