Gamestop

Not my favorite gamestop. I’ve been in some really good ones, especially the ones down south. This GameStop has an okay selection for games and the deals are sometimes good. I personally think they ask for too much for some used games, so I usually just don’t buy them. This GameStop is small compared to others, sometimes get a little crammed and stinks.
I’ve had to return many games for being too scratched that my console can’t read the disk properly. This has happened way too many times. I’ve also been sold the wrong disk when they put them in the case. It’s what you get for shopping at a not so high end of a gaming store.

For over 5 years I’ve been using this Gamestop store for my gaming needs. The staff is always helpful even so far as to spend 30+ minutes going through a list of games i brought in to buy, and going so far as to make sure I have the best possible copy/​case/​booklets to go with them. My only complaint which in no way lessens my adoration for the crew is the size of the shop (Please buy the empty room next to you and expand)
I bought my 2^nd Xbox One as of the day of this writing and kaylee was extremely helpful in making sure games were top notch (Got a free DLC preorder code someone left in case for Saints Row 4) and In store. Even going so far as having a copy of a game I wanted brought over from the anderson store.

This company while making it easier to find titles has terrible customer service and fleeces you on resale values, sell you your stuff directly and get 2 – 3 times what you pay for. You can’t say you have to stay in business when you have 3 locations in a small area and you have a 300−400% markup on things you buy back from consumers. I’ve completely stopped dealing with EB Games/​Gamestop and resold my things through Amazon/​Craigslist list for buying/​selling. 80% of the staff is only knowledgeable about things that are on the bestsellers list. I miss the days of Software ETC.
Remember sell things for more yourself and buy it cheaper off amazon or CL

Great place with great selection of new and pre owned games and consoles. The staff is very knowledgable at this location and very friendly.
