Brian has been taking care of my residential HVAC system for several years now, came as a recommendation from neighbors/​friends, and he is top notch! He’s performed routine annual maintenance, sealed the ducts, and most recently installed a new roof-​top AC/​heating unit when the old unit gave out. Always, Brian is knowledgeable, reliable, and professional, looking out for my best interests as the homeowner. He takes the time to show me things that have caught his attention, explains what he is doing, identifies options (multiple price-​points), and is a very hard worker. He’s on top of the various rebates and completes all the paperwork as a courtesy. Michelle does a great job of scheduling and keeping me informed on status of parts, etc. A very happy customer!

WOW! we originally had another company come to do warranty work on our home unit… needless to say that didn’t go well! couldn’t get parts blah blah blah… Brian came right out and amazingly got the part in record time! He was professional and knowledgeable and timely! Michelle got us on the schedule and communicated what was going on with parts and set up our service call! This is a company I definitely want to do business with and appreciate first class service! Thank You!

We have had a great experience working with Brian and Golden State Comfort. Brian is knowledgeable and friendly. With the record temperatures, it was hard to find a technician that had availability to work on our broken AC unit. Brian fit us into the schedule today and then came out to our home at 8PM to fix our AC instead of bumping us to another day when his other appointments went longer than expected. Really appreciate his willingness to work late for us! And he fixed our unit within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Brian is professional and very knowledgeable. Golden State Comfort was assigned to us by American Home Shield (which by the way is hit and miss with their service). For the past 3 years we’ve been having issues with our heater and they have sent us 3 different providers who didn’t have very knowledgeable servicemen. They acted like they knew what they were talking about and kept blaming the problem on various different factors. Each one saying something different. None ever fixed the problem, only temporarily did. Brian of Golden State Comfort really was the only one who just knew what he was doing and fixed the problem!!! We appreciate excellent service. My husband, (who is a physician) was especially impressed and wanted to make sure we leave a positively glowing review because he told AHS, he absolutely did not want them to send back the same providers from the past and wanted someone who really knows his craft!
