I Do Wedding Creations

I am giving my wholehearted recommendation for Tracy, wedding planner at I Do Wedding Creations. My daughter had a wedding where every single thing had to be brought to the outdoor wedding/​reception site, from water and ice to majorly long extension cords, all tables, chairs, food… you get the idea. It was a challenge to figure how it would all work come wedding day. Tracy met with the bride and groom and we parents ahead of time so we could map it all out, then met with us again at the site, meanwhile being available almost at a moment’s notice for phone calls, emails… anything at all to get things running smoothly. She is definitely a professional with lots of experience, and in her relaxed and calm way she was able to steer us amateurs in the right direction. She was there and overseeing everything from setup to take-​down on the day of the wedding… cleaning, carrying, assembling, decorating… if it needed doing, she helped us do it. Our wedding started on time, thanks to Tracy. Many guests have told me they didn’t even realize she was there. She has the perfect personality for this work, quiet-​mannered and relaxed, detail-​oriented and lots of fun to be with. I’m glad we didn’t chance doing this important day without her.
