My wife and I love Kohl’s. They have good prices if you shop right, and with Kohl’s Cash sometimes we feel like we’re ripping them off. Sorry, Kohl’s.

Never going back to Kohl’s. The only reason we shop there in the first place is because they always have such great coupons and I can save money there.
Today I was denied using a coupon on a pair of Nike shoes and a pair of Levi jeans. Apparently these brands will be excluded from all further coupons. I suggest Kohl’s figures out how to fix this or many more Mom’s like myself will figure out other ways to get the brands our kids want at discount prices.

Khols… Khols…Khols. you need to train your young ladies better. Do to one of your employees I will not be coming to your store. I had a $ 10.00 Khols trash… I mean cash coupon and when I went to use it she said I had returned something and it was voided… WHAT… no I didnt! I exchanged for a smaller size… so what the… she refused to help in any way just repeated it was voided. I said that I wasn’t sure if I even wanted the merchandise that I was purchasing at that moment now. She said «well do you want it or do you want me to void it «I said «Void it», just because of her attitude. I also told her that I probably would be canceling my credit card that I had just gotten. She replied «you’ll have to do that over the phone… «what the… REALLY! Great customer service wouldn’t you say… NOT! So there fore I will stick with Target and Macy’s from here on out… it’s the small stuff that matters most at times.

Women’s clothing so old, styles and sizes out –dated. Needs a huge over-​haul get rid of things, that don’t sell. Get new stuff in.
Asked 3 times would I like to open a kohls account, after the second time, i said no thank !
Now I remember why I don’t like this store!!!
How many times are you going to ask customers.(to open account) Shove it down my throat…
Will never go back. Also rude salespeople…

I ordered pillows from online and I’m assuming they came from here because I got them in one day she this is the only Kohls in Redding. I ordered 4 JUMBO size pillows and paid extra for the size. When they came, they were standard. It really pisses me off that they dont pay enough attention to pack the right size. I’m contemplating taking them back or just sticking with it because it’s a hassle. Even the huge receipt says «Jumbo».

Why no big and tall? Not every man is 5’5″ and 120 pounds. Its laughable to see every shirt in the store the exact same size. And I don’t like to see 50% off items only to realize you jacked the price up way past full retail prior to the sale.

This Kohl’s is wonderful and it’s HUGE! They have great selections on clothes for any age & size, great seasonal items, toys, housewares– décor, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, shoes, beauty, jewelry, and purses. It has everything! They have excellent customer service. They let you combine coupons too!
This store is always clean and staff are readily available to help. I love that they constantly have sales going on.
I give this a 5 star rating because I have nothing bad to say about this store; been in here too many times to count and only had great experiences.

This is one of the largest Kohls I have ever seen. Great selection. Lots of inventory. And a place for me to sit and Unilocal*while my GF shops.

Oh how I have to agree with the bathroom statement. Best bathroom in town by far. always clean, always smells nice and, get this, they have a «family bathroom.» WHAT!!! Little mini toilet for the little ones. Awesomeness right there. Everything always seems to be on sale, and who doesn’t like a sale?!
Friendly staff, if you need shoe assistance, theres a button to push for that, and they are fast! My only complaints are the clearance shoe section… someone clean that ish up and arrange them by size please. And more checkout lines open on my lunch break. That is all.

I must start by saying… Kohl’s, i love your bathroom. You remind me of a high end hotel restroom. I can see my reflection in your shinny marble. If it wasn’t such a long walk from the entrance to you, i would stop in every day just to see you. Just had to get that out there. Now, for the rest of the store. Is it just me or did Mervyn’s get a really nice face lift & a new name? Thats not a bad thing, I love this place. Huge selections & overall good deals, but don’t be fooled by the inflated «Sale» prices. It’s obvious the retail price has been set 40%-50% higher than other stores just so they can advertise 40%-50% off. Is this deceptive or just good marketing? I asked myself that very question as the cashier handed me my receipt for ten items I didn’t plan on buying. Don’t judge me, «THEY WERE ON SALE»!

I always enjoy reading your reviews, Ruben, you have a great sense of humor!
However, I am a fan of Kohl’s. I completely agree that they pull the overprice then make you believe you are getting a major discount. I still walk away very satisfied with what I have and the price I spent on it. It is a very large store, so a person would need to have time to shop.
My daughter is expecting a girl, so we bought 11 outfits, 1 blanket, and 12 pairs of tiny socks all for only $ 98.00. That is a good buy.
Someday I will go through the rest of the store, and I can’t wait. :)
