Round Table Pizza

Ben is an awesome server. He’s very patient & kind. He’s going to be a keeper if they want great customer service. The others could learn something from him. The twists are good but they forgot our ranch. Online it says if it’s your birthday you get a free personal pizza. That’s a lie. & the manager didn’t even try to make it possible. The pizza is pricy but it’s good, only thing that should be worked on is everyone’s attitude towards one another. The only friendly one was Ben. He’s a sweet heart.

I love pizza, who doesn’t? However, Round Table pizza is over priced. This is the location closest to me, so when we order for delivery, we order from here. The delivery is slow and when the pizza gets to you, it isn’t even good. Round Table used to be my favorite place to eat, but they got way too over priced. The cinnamon bread twists are terrible, they don’t compare to the Round Table on Eureka Way. They are skinny, flavorless, and chewy as if they had sat out all day. I give it three stars because the people who work are nice and the delivery people are always nice, too.
The three stars instead of two are for the lunch buffet, $ 7.95 for adults and $ 4.95 for children. That’s cheap enough, along with family night on Tuesday. Also the buffet style. Overall, not the best pizza place in Redding.

They have really good pizza however the employees are more interested in playing around than working. I order pizza here because it’s really close to my cousin and her family so when we have movie night I bring pizza. Even though I order ahead of time and arrive past the time for pickup that they give me, my order has never been ready on time. I’ll be standing there waiting and there seems to be a lot of employees there but nearly all of them are doing nothing but talking to each other. It seems just one or two actually work. The others are just taking up space.

First and foremost this place is so close to me and has always provided me wonderful service, so much so I’ve ordered 23 times this year alone. Tonight however was a different story. I ordered a pizza online (as I’ve done a dozen or so times before and never had an issue) at 6:18, said pizza would be here in 35 minutes, alright. So 7pm rolls around and no pizza, no big deal they’re probably just running a few minutes behind. I wait for another 15 minutes and still no pizza (it’s now been almost a hour); finally I give up and call in. A girl named Taylor immediately tells me that pizza was put in the take out pile and that it will now be another half hour before my pizza is ready. Seriously. So the pizza pulls up when I’m on the phone with the female manager on duty and its soggy. Breadsticks were okay. We just paid $ 40 for a pizza that tastes nasty at best. Manager is adamant that it is my fault and that I shouldn’t be ordering online because it always messes up. Refuses to do anything for a customer that calls at least once a week. Don’t worry though Round Table Lake Blvd, I’ll be calling corporate in the morning!

Family’s favorite when it comes to pizza. Round Table is slightly more expensive compared to other pizza chains but it definitely can boast better pizza. I love the crust and dough of Round Table pizza.
The veggie combo is the way to go. Light yet still filling.
The location is good for big groups even though the booths are not all in good condition. The employees are friendly and check in with how everything is going, which is a nice touch.

Guys, you just lost my pizza business. Old pizza skin, over-​cooked,
tough to chew and slim pickers on four items for $ 25 bucks and

My in-​laws love Round Table, so we decided to pick some up for them. My wife called in the order, but accidentally called the wrong location. My first impression of this location was that it had a faintly unpleasant odor. Later, my wife mentioned that it looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Had we conferred prior to eating the pizza, we would have cancelled the order. The bread sticks were delicious. The pizza was good. Next time, however, we will call the correct location.

The management changed not too long ago and the customer service and cleanliness has improved imensely since then. The staff is friendly and the pizza is great.

We would go here at least once a week but the place now looks dirty. They used to give you ranch dressing for your pizza along with Parm cheese and red peppers but now they want to charge you $ 1.00 each for a small plastic container of ranch dressing. It may not seem like a big deal however we would spend s lot of money their each month. Pretty bad customer service!

I thought the service and the pizza was exceptional. We tried to order on line but were unable to register, so we ordered the Chicken Maui Zaui. The assistant manager brought us the beer we ordered and the lady who took our ordered delivered the pizza and went back to get us some water. The pizza was great! The assistant manager suggested some ranch dressing for our pizza and brought us two small cups full. I would like to see some repairs/​replacements to some of the seats in the booths. But as I’m really here for the pizza, I’m happy.

Pizza is yummy as always, but the bathrooms smell bad and were very dirty. I would highly recommend to clean the air flow vents… dust is hanging down from them. :(

So expensive for a pizza they call a large. Not taking the family. The pizza is ok. Compared to the other places in town that have way better atmosphere and better service. This place is a dive.

Got Delivery the other day and pizza and wings BOTH came burnt and cold. HORRIBLE

Enjoyed the buffet. Had a bunch of salad and some tasty pizza. Met Samuel. He had great customer service skills.

Good pizza could the employees could be a little more friendly and take a little more time on the preparation of the pizza.

Round Table pizza seems to be the same at every one is Redding but this one seems to have to worst service. I give them 3 stars because I do love the pizza but if you plan on getting a pizza delivered expect an hour, if you plan on dining in expect at least an hour (once we waited an hour and a half). Good pizza, but if you are in any hurry or really hungry I don’t recommend it.
