I have had rough experiences visiting cellular locations, as many people have, but they really did take care of me here. I was initially concerned because it is not a corporate location, but they were courteous and professional. They did not attempt to lead me astray, and they didn’t make any changes to my account without my permission.

First off Kiki was great at helping make the switch from At&t. Very helpful and entertaining so it helped with the process. I only gave four stars because it was such a long process. I think we’ll be happy with the switch. I would recommend this location earlier in the day cause afternoon is really busy.

Someone«stole» a credit card and Tmobile allowed them to pay their bill with it even though names didn’t match and then didn’t release the name to law enforcement. … take a stand don’t support companies that condone crime 100 thumbs down

Madison, the young lady with the blue hair, Did an amazing job! She was attentive and not pushy as far as the up-selling that I know is part of her job. She respected my no and was able to save me so much trouble! I am so glad that they were able to get my phone back in running order. Thank guys!

Complicated mess because these guys are highly pressured by the owners and its all commission driven. They were never in my best interest throughout. For example I went in wanting an IPhone 6 but was steered away from it because The sales person would not have made as much commission. Management pressures them to sell extras like cases protectors etcetera. They even went as far as telling me that the different chargers had different milliamps to encourage us to buy more for different types of phones, which is wrong. My wife got suckered into going to this place because she stumbled on a website that showed how good tmobile service was in this area. The website was posted by t-mobile. as the worst service I’ve had in years. Pass this place up.

This store has the worst customer service by far in redding Ca. It took 35 min for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there then had no clue what they were doing. I would rather drive to sac then to ever step foot in this store.
