I received an internet service referral when I got mud runoff in my pool after a storm. I told Colbey Phipps, the owner whom called, that I needed service right away. My regular pool guy did not have a filtration system on his truck, and this was too big a job for my cartage pool filter system. He said he would be out right away, but a week went by without a phone call. I called and called. He finally came, but did not have the equipment. WHAT? Hay, but he threw some chlorine in and said it could wait. WHAT? So, I waited. And I kept calling when he MISSEDHISAPPOINTNENTS to come out to my home. He was busy. I guess too busy to call? He then tells me that I will probably have to be drained/emptied the pool anyway. But he can still try to clean it for $ 250.00. OMG! We have a Water Shortage. I am going to be Way overcharges, maybe even FINED to refill this monster pool! So Finally, weeks after the event, I told him never mind. I am draining it right now with a pump from Home Depot. I have had pools all my life. And pool service people that went with them. Never have I met such a nice guy that was totally in the wrong Job! I mean, heck of a nice guy. But competent at helping with your pool in an emergency or otherwise? NO. Wasted my time and definitely put it off to the point I had to empty it. Maybe if he had got right in there I could have avoided this. So says the other pool guys I talked to when I waited for Colbey.
